First Love [Jung Jaehyun Fanfiction]

~Chapter 11~

Jessica's POV

I woke up when bright light was shone directly into my face. I let out a groan and rubbed my eyes, opening them ever so slowly. When I scanned my surroundings, I found myself back in Johnny and Jaehyun's room. The last thing I remembered from last night was resting my head on Jaehyun's shoulder and him kissing me to sleep. I smiled slightly as I recalled that memory while staring at the wall ahead of me.

I was then snapped back to reality when Jaehyun waved a hand in front of my face. I turned to look at him, as he wore a scared and worried look on his face. "I thought you got possessed. You were staring at the wall and smiling for no reason," he said. I shook my head immediately and assured him that I was just spacing out. He breather a sigh of relief and told me to wash up as the other members were already in the kitchen, eating their breakfast.

At the mention of breakfast, my eyes instantly lit up and I felt fully awake. Jaehyun simply chuckled at my reaction. He then left the room to give me some privacy. I started looking around the room for some comfortable clothes to wear as it was our off day. Suddenly, the door opened and Jaehyun poked his head in while saying "oh and wear something nice. We're going to meet the other members." and just like that he left me all alone again.

Meet the other members? Geez, how many people are there in this group? Isn't nine people enough? I shook my head and decided to wear a grey sweater with my black jeans. I took the two articles of clothing and headed to the bathroom. Seeing as the boys were already downstairs, I took a quick shower to not make them wait. Since it was quite cold today, I threw on my grey beanie which hid my messy hair at the same time. Today was the kind of day where I was too lazy to style my hair.

After checking my appearance in the mirror one last time, I finally made my was to the kitchen where the other boys were busy eating. The moment I set foot into the kitchen, I picked up the smell of delicious bacon and eggs. Without realising, my stomach started to grown which made the boys turn too look at me. They all burst out laughing as I stood there with my face burning from embarrassment. Yuta, who happened to be sitting the closest to where I was standing, stood up and started to take a plate from the cabinet. Before he could add the food, I quickly stopped him. He looked at me questioningly and I hurriedly told him that I couldn't  eat that because I had to follow my diet plan. Yuta nodded understandingly and sat back down, putting the plate on the counter in case I change my mind and decided to break my diet plan.

I sighed as I stared at the bacon and eggs that the boys were eating. I shook my head and walked to the cabinet to take out a bowl. I reached for the cereal and poured it into the bowl. To be honest, I think cereal is the only food I am able to cook without burning the kitchen down. After pouring in the milk, I picked up the bowl and joined the boys at the table. I took a seat beside my brother who started to tease me by shoving his bacon and eggs in my face. I tried to ignore him and resume my eating but I got annoyed in the end and elbowed him in the stomach. He groaned as I stuck my tongue out to him.

After we were all done eating, we all went to get out stuff before heading out to meet the other members. I wonder how many more of them there were. We all pilled into the van with Johnny driving as usual. Unlike last night, I sat in the middle of Doyoung and Donghyuk. Doyoung seemed to be dozing while Donghyuk looked like he was plotting something evil. Behind me, Taeyong, Jaehyun and Winwin were playing a cute version of the Baskin Robins game. Suddenly, I felt someone take a strand of my hair. I turned around to see Winwin using it as a mustache. I laughed as he made a relatively weird face.

I then turned to look at Doyoung, who was sleeping with his mouth open. Suddenly an idea popped up into my head. Before I could do anything however, I felt a tap on my right shoulder. I turned to see Donghyuk wearing an evil smirk on his face. It seemd as if we read each other's thoughts as we both nodded out heads and he passed me a piece of crumpled up tissue. My smirk copied his as I took the tissue from his hands and positioned it above Doyoung's open mouth, ready to drop it any second. I had no idea if the tissue had been used before but I didn't really care. The only thing on my mind was getting the tissue into sleeping Doyoung's mouth.

Donghyuk and I counted down before releasing the tissue. The both of us broke into laughter when Doyoung woke up from his slumber with a panicked face as he hurriedly removed the tissue from his mouth. He looked at the piece of tissue weirdly before screaming and throwing it mindlessly. By this point, Donghyuk and I were laughing hysterically as we held each other for support. When the others asked what had happened, we explained it to them and the rest ended up laughing at Doyoung. Donghyuk and I gave each other a high five as Doyoung glared at us playfully before laughing along. That was when Donghyuk and I became partners in crime.

Hey guys! I'm here yet again to let yall know that I'll try my best to update regularly. I've been feeling unwell recently and I have a competition tomorrow but I will still try my best to bring you a new chapter.
