The water is all gone. None of it is left. Literally nowhere in the hospital has any water. Unless I wanted to choose to go upstairs where the remaining walkers are, and to be honest that doesn't sound at all thrilling. There are so many of them up there and after I blocked up the doors, there is no way I would get up there without a lot of effort. Without water that effort is unlikely to be present. I guess I'll have to leave the hospital for the first time since this all began.
