Imagine going on cases with Sherlock and being able to pick up on the things he misses. Particularly anything to do with people skills.

Imagine working at the doctors clinic with John and spending time together day in day out and him always making you laugh.
Lestrade:
Imagine being the one Greg came home to every night after long days at work and relaxing with him in front of the telly.
Mycroft:
Imagine being the one person in Mycroft's life that could control him and knew him better than anyone.
Moriarty:
Imagine working for Jim but being his favourite and always joining him on personal matters and getting the best jobs (usually murders).
