Sherlock:
You were at a crime scene with Sherlock when you started to feel really faint and dizzy. It was all very sudden and you had to stop and lean against the wall to stabilise yourself. Sherlock noticed your absence at his side and spun around to face you. "(Y/N)?" He asked. "I'm ok" you muttered and continued to walk. This was a mistake and you immediately passed out; Sherlock caught you and went into full panic mode.
You woke up a few hours later in a hospital bed. Sherlock was holding your hand, asleep against your bed. You groaned softly in confusion and pain. He felt your movements and shot awake. "You're awake, are you ok, where does it hurt?" He rushed out frantically. You held your hand up to stop his blabbering "I'm fine, what happened?" "You just fainted in the middle of the road, the doctors say that you're anaemic and you haven't been eating properly, why aren't you looking after yourself?" He asked. You found his concern sweet as he didn't show affection very often "I don't know, I just forgot" you muttered, it was true, you weren't starving yourself or anything, just busy. "Well I'm going to look after you" Sherlock stated "let's get you home" He took you home and the two of you set up camp on the sofa. Sherlock made food for you and made sure you ate it and you only ever got up to use the loo. You watched your favourite tv shows and cuddled together for two days straight. Sherlock stayed off of all cases for two weeks and kept looking after you. You had the perfect boyfriend.
John:
You had fallen asleep again after waking up for work, you were always organised and an early riser. Your fiancé John was in the shower and was very surprised to see you still in bed when he returned. He got dressed and woke you up again. "You ok (Y/N)?" He asked. "Yeah, fine. Just got a bit of a headache." You replied, sitting up. You stood up to go and get ready and suddenly a wave of dizziness hit you and you fell back onto the bed. "Woah ok. Just relax" John said to you, going into doctor mode. "Your not going to work today" he ordered you. "My shift is only 4 hours today so I'll be back with you before you know it. I'll bring you some water and a sandwich if you feel like eating. Just rest until I get back, ok? He said laying you back down. You nodded gratefully and closed your eyes again. The next time you woke up was when John came back into your room. He had all the supplies you could need for a movie afternoon and joined you under the covers after setting up the tv and you stayed snuggled together for the rest of the day. The following morning you felt fine and you were up early to go back to work.
Mycroft:
Mycroft's job was very busy and naturally he hadn't notice the change in you lately- at least that's what you thought. You hadn't slept properly in weeks, you weren't eating properly, you couldn't concentrate at work and were constantly spaced out and unaware of anything happening around you. Turns out Mycroft had noticed, of course he had he notices everything. So he took a day off and booked you a day off too. He switched off your alarm the night before and left you to sleep while he went and prepared everything. He set up your favourite show to binge watch all day and then sat on the sofa and waited for you. "MYCROFT WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP?" You shouted as you saw your boyfriend sat in your living room. "Because you aren't going to work today" he stated simply. "What?" You asked confused, sitting down next to him. "Look, (Y/N), I've noticed how different you've been acting lately and you need to spend a day to yourself. I've researched your symptoms and I don't believe it is anything more serious that a total day of rest won't fix" he explained. So that's exactly what you did; and the next morning you felt miraculously better. You did love your boyfriend, no matter how strange he may be.
Moriarty:
You woke up in the middle of the night and rushed to the toilet where you were violently sick. Your boyfriend, Jim followed almost as quickly as you and held your hair back and soothingly rubbed circles on your back until you finished. He guided you back to bed and lay you down. "I'm staying off work tomorrow and looking after you" he stated before climbing back into bed next to you. You hummed softly in response as you closed your eyes and drifted off listening to the steady, quiet snoring of your boyfriend. You woke up a few more times in the night to be sick and each time, Jim came with you and comforted you until you were finished. When you woke up in the  morning he was still asleep next to you. He looked adorable when he slept, more soft and human- less like an evil consulting criminal. You felt sick again but there was nothing left inside of you to come out so you stayed put, watching him sleep( a bit creepy but you didn't care). You felt bad for keeping him up most the night so you let him sleep for as long as possible, but after a while you grew hungry and got up to make yourself some plain toast (you couldn't stomach anything else). Your movement disturbed Jim and he soon joined you in the kitchen, hair still messy and eyes squinted. "How are you feeling?" He mumbled sleepily. "Ok I guess. Go back to sleep, I'm ok on my own" you said shaking his arms away from around your waist and his head from your neck. "Absolutely not" he protested "I said I was going to look after you and I will." He said taking the plate of toast from your hand and guiding you to the conservatory where you both sat down on the sofa. It was mid-summer and relatively warm for Britain, so the conservatory was a great comparison to the chills you had felt since last night. You spent the rest of the day in his arms watching shows on the laptop Jim had set up on the coffee table opposite. You weren't sick again and completely back to normal after a few days.
