(Daniel's POV) I'm confused about jacks comment on Maks Instagram. Maybe it's friendly? Does jack have a thing for Mak? I'm going to ask him, I mean he's my best friend he'd tell me if he liked someone wouldn't he? "Hey Jack" I said walking into the living room where jack was setting up the music equipment for the party "Hey Daniel" he said "Where's Aspen?" I asked "She went with a friend to get food and stuff for the party that we didn't have" I just nodded not actually caring "What she said to Mak in the groupchat was pretty fucked up" I said "Yeah I'm not sure what's going on there" he answered "Well whats going on with you and Mak?" I asked him trying to get straight to the point before a crowd of people come for the party "Bro nothing I swear I mean your sisters just gorgeous" he said and I don't think my jaw has ever dropped so fast "Dude you can't like my sister!" I yelled "You can't really tell me what to do Daniel and I wouldn't worry about it seems like her and Jonah are just fine together anyways!" He snapped back seeming almost hurt when he brought up Jonah "Listen bro I don't want to start anything with you but I can promise you Jonah and Mak are just friends" I said (Maks POV) "Jonah" I said taking to Jonah who was sitting across from me on my bed "Yes Mak" he answered in a sing song tone that made me laugh "Did you see jacks comment on my Instagram?" I asked "Yes I did. I told you he liked you" he said "You never actually said that but do you actually think he likes me?" I asked "Well Mak, I've seen jack with a lot of girls a lot of times but he's never looked at any of them the way he looks at you" he said "Ya right, now what do I wear to this party?" I asked expecting Jonah to help "Sorry pal I have no idea but I need to go change " he said walking out of my room "Great" I said to myself. Oh I know I'll just FaceTime Tori she can help me pick out and outfit. "HEY TORI" I shouted through the phone "So you missed me so much you had to call me?" She said "Well actually I need you to help me pick out an outfit for a party Daniel and the boys are throwing tonight" I said "Oooooo a party are you gonna dance with that boy who's commenting on your Instagram? Jack I think his name is?" She said "Would you stop acting like I'm going to a middle school dance and help me pick an outfit" I snapped "Jeez yeah why don't you wear your pink skirt with the black mesh top and black bra underneath it's party but not to much wear Daniel will make you go out on a turtle neck and sweatpants" she said laughing and I joined in "You're the best love you I'll call you tomorrow and tell you all about" I said "Okay have fun boo and slay" she said all sassy after I ended my call I noticed it was 7 and the party was starting at 8. I left myself and hour to get ready not bad I thought. I quickly changed into my outfit (Maks outfit)

I did super simple makeup and left my hair in the waves it had from being in braids all day. I looked at the clock and it read 7:45. Not bad not bad at all. I headed down stairs to see if anyone needed help with anything and guess as soon as I got down stairs all of the boys eyes went on me except corbyn and Daniel of course. "Hey guys that's my sister!" Daniel said They all just laughed and went back to what they were doing. When I made my way to the living room I was greeted my Aspen. "Hey , can we talk?" She said "Why do you want to insult me more" I snapped back "No look I'm really sorry for everything I'm just really protective over the boys because they're liek brothers to me and I don't want anyone taking them from me if that makes any sense" she said chuckling a little bit after realiyhiw confusing she sounded "No it's okay I understand but listen Daniel is my older brother and best friend and I wouldn't do anything to hurt him, his career, or his friends" I explained "Do you think there's anyway we can forget this all and start over and be friends?" She asked "Absolutely I need another girl in this house to be my friend!" I said laughing "People are here!" We heard Zach yell "Let them in" jack said while starting the music "Let's go party" I said grabbing Aspen hoping she can at least help me have fun ----------------- So Mak and Aspen are good now but there's going to be new drama starting. I just wanted to give Mak a friend that's a girl that actually lived in LA" also thanks for 60 reads!! I have very high hopes for this book!
