Chapter 37

-time skip after the concert and after party-
(maks pov)
the show and meet and greets and after party was over and the only people left at the venue were the boys, Aspen, atallia, the manager, my family, and jacks family. everyone was planning on staying till 12 so I could celebrate my birthday briefly with everyone around still.
it was currently 11:58 and we were all just sitting and talking to eachother. We decided to head over to the bus to continue hanging out with everyone and then when everyone left the bus would be able too as well.
"So Mak a doo how's LA been treating you" my mom asked me while we were waking back to the bus
"I honestly love it so much, it's made my love for fashion grow even more, I love the style, and everyone is so creative and it makes me want to be even more creative" I said to her
"That's great sweetheart I'm so glad you like it, because earlier Daniel talked to me about making the arrangement permanent" she said
"Mom you can't be serious" I said not believing her
"No honey honestly your brother and the boys love having you and he thinks it would be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the fashion world, and you could do online school with zach considering your both in the same grade, it took a lot of convincing on his end but we realized we let him follow his dreams how could we not let you follow yours" she said to me
"OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU BEST BIRTHDAY EVER" I said yelling and hugging her
"you, your father and I as well as your older brother will have more of a tsk to really discuss it after the tour is over" she said
"Okay" I said smiling
"So you and jack?" She said smiling
"Yeah mom I like him a whole lot, and I know he's 2 years older than me but he treats me so well and I know he would never think of hurting me" I said to her
"I'm glad honey I always did like jack and his family" she said to me
We got to the bus at exactly 11:59
"MY BEST FRIEND IS GOING TO BE 16 IN ONE MINUTE" Aspen said
It then became 12 o'clock on July 16th, my birthday. I really don't like birthdays all that much but as I looked around this one seemed like it would be pretty good.
"my best friend is 16 everyone" Aspen said putting her camera on me taking a video
"my baby sis is 16 ahhhhh" Daniel said taking a video
"my twin is finally old enough to be my twin" zach said laughing
"Happy birthday Mak love you lil sis" Jonah said taking a video as well
"Happy birthday love" jack said kissing me on the cheek
Everyone continued to say happy birthday to me
"Thank you Everyone" I said smiling
"Well your father and I gave you our main present but here is our cupcake for our cupcake and your other brothers got you this gift card, we will see both of our babies soon love you so much" my mom said hugging me then hugging Daniel then pulling us and my dad into a group hug
"Love you too mom" Daniel and I said in sync as our parents walked off the bus so we could start making out way to the next location. Boston, MA I was so excited for this show I had been to Boston for Daniels show on his last tour and I loved it so much it was such a pretty little city, right on the coast, with awesome sports, and the people talked in a really funny accent where they couldn't say the sound of the letter "r" and they floated over it.
"alright guys I'm going to go change into something comfy like you all have be right back" I said leaving the room. I went into jonahs suit case and grabbed a sweatshirt and through it on over my black bralette and put on black Nike pros underneath the sweatshirt even though I didn't really need them because the sweatshirt passed my knees. I walked back into the room where everyone was sitting and sat next to jack.
"Okay guys we are going to go hop in the van and we will see you when you get to Boston" the boys manger said leaving the bus with jade and aspens mom who helped to handle the merch and vips. They all drove on a van that had extra equipment in it will the boys, Aspen, atallia, and I rode on the bus.
"I honestly love when it's just this group of us left on the bus" I said to them
"me too it's so much more fun" Aspen said while everyone agreed
"OMG MAK THE PRESENTS" Aspen said getting up while she brought 6 bags into the room.
"guys you really didn't need to" I said
"Well we wanted to" corbyn said smiling
"fine bean then I'll open yours first" I said sassily to him
"okay" he said smiling handing me the bag
I opened it to find a super cute shirt from brandy melville that I told him I wanted when I saw it in LA.
"aww corbs you remembered?" I said
"yup, while we were in New York and you ran off I went on a quick walk my self to the nearest brandy melville to pick it up" he said
"but you didn't know today was my birthday why did you get it while we were in New York?" I asked
"I heard you and Daniel talking back in LA one night and you mentioned it was during tour so I figured I'd get it so I was ready" he said
"well thank you" I said to him smiling
"MY TURN" Jonah yelled
I opened the bag to see a blue adidas hoodie that was an XXL
"aww jo jo" I said hugging him
"now you won't have to take mine every night because this one is literally huge and is the same as pretty much all of mine" he said smiling
"Okay my turn" zach said handing me and envelope
"I over heard you complaining about how you ran out of your favorite makeup cover up thing, covering your hickeys and I didn't know what one to get so I just got you a gift card so you can get the right one" zach said laughing
I opened the envelope to see a gift card to sephora
"Thank you zach" I said smiling
"And no jack just because I can get more makeup doesn't mean you're allowed to give me more hickeys" I said looking at jack smiling causing him to blush and chuckle
"Okay so atallia and I collaborated on this girl so it's from both of us" Aspen said smiling handing me the large wrapped gift. I tore through the paper and immediately started laughing and smiling
"Omg I love you guys" I said to them
"Well we know how much you love smoothies, but we also know how much you hate driving or running to get one so we figured why not get you and machine so you can make them on the go, at the house, where ever really" atallia said smiling
"I love it thank you" I said
"Alright now you know our brother cheat on your gift every year so I have no competition but I'm pretty proud of this one" Daniel said handing me the bag
I opened it to see the pair of ray banz I have literally been wanting since April
"Oh my god Daniel I love these so much thank you" I said hugging him
"Alright so I know you always talk about wanting one of these so I ordered it for you today and had Daniel pick it up" jack said handing me the small box
"Omg thank you so much jack I have literally wanted one of these since they started trending on twitter" I said looking down at the princess ring hack got me
"I'm glad you like it baby" jack said
I walked over and hugged him and pecked him on the lips
"Alright Mak I hope you like your gifts but it's 1 am we should all get to bed" Daniel said
"True" Jonah said
We all go up and walked to our bed
I settled in and curled my self up under the warmth of my blanket. It's only been my birthday for an hour and I already know this will be the best one yet.
