Chapter 43

(Maks pov)
The boys had been gone for an hour and I just woke up from yet another nap. I'm feeling a lot better but not well enough to get out of the bed in the room. I decided I was going to edit my video and go live to answer any questions my fans have or jacks fans for that matter. I went on Instagram and started to go live. With in a few seconds I have 2k people watching me and that number was rising very quickly.
"hello everyone I thought I'd go live because those of you that don't know I'm not feeling very well so I stayed back and couldn't perform tonight." I said to the live stream viewers. I soon started to read the comments they were leaving and replied to them.
"What are you doing while the boys are performing?" I said repeating the comment
"Well I'm actually editing this weeks video that I will be uploading tomorrow. It is a vlog of shows from last week and some behind the scenes things of being on tour" I said
"Are you and Jack actually dating?" I read
"Yes jack and I are dating and have been for a few weeks now. For those of you wondering we didn't say anything sooner because we didn't want any fans to be upset and we wanted to make sure what we had was real before we said something and got hate. We wanted to make sure we were strong enough to get through it." I said
"You're so pretty you don't deserve hate" I read
"aww thank you and I honestly don't even let the hate get to me because I'm extremely happy with jack and nothing is going to change that." I said
"the age difference between you and jack proves you are just a gold digger" I read
"it's only 2 years, he's 18 and I'm 16 also I think she is just a number it's maturity level that matters most and if anything I'm more mature than him." I said laughing "oh and just to clarify I'm not a gold digger I actually love jack and I knew him way before why don't we even got big because I'm Daniel sister and he would FaceTime jack all the time." I said
"you should film a boyfriend tag with jack" I read
"omg a boyfriend tag is such a good idea ok definitely asking him to do that" I said
"are you close with the other boys?" I said
"well yes of course I am living with them, Daniel and me are so close we aren't your typical brother sister we don't fight we're honestly like best friends, jonah is like my older brother and I can tell him everything and count on him for anything, zach is my best friend we're actually going to be doing online school together next year, and corbyn and me are close but I'm not as close with him as I am the other boys" I said
"Are you moving to LA?" I read
"actually I am planning on moving full time to LA with the boys because I do have a room there and it would just be super easy because I've gotten so close with them, and when I'm in Portland for the next couple days Daniel, my parents and I are going to discuss all the details" I said
I county yes reading comments and answering questions and coming back at people who were giving me hate before ending the broadcast.
"Well I've been on for about and hour so I'm going to get off thank you for all the love talk soon" I said while ending the broadcast
It was now 7 o'clock and I still had so much time till the boys would be back and I was so so so bored. I finished editing the video so I really had nothing else to do. I was getting pretty hungry so I decided to order some soup from room service.  I pressed the button on the phone to order and someone picked up.
"hi I'd like to order a bowl of chicken noodle soups to room 445"
The person said it would be right up so I sat scrolling through twitter waiting. About 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door.
"Room service" they said
"One second" I replied
I had to quickly hangs because I was only in a sports bra and spandex. I put on my adidas joggers and the sweatshirt jonah got me for my birthday and put my hair in a messy bun and walked over to the door to open it where I was greeted by a teenage boy holding my soup.
"chicken noodle soup" he said
"thats me thank you" I said taking the soup
"no problem I'm matt by the way" he said
"Makenna" I said
"you're sick I assume" he said
"Yeah actually " I said laughing
"that's to bad, and you're in a hotel by yourself" he said sympathetically. Matt was honestly genuinely nice. He wasn't annoying and he was cute too. Not that I'd leave jack, jack is a complete hottie buy matt wasn't bad, he had brown hair, green eyes and a super sharp jawline and he was probably just over 6 feet tall.
"I'm actually usually not alone, my boyfriend and my brother are in a band and they're on tour, they have a concert tonight I obviously couldn't go to because I'm sick so here I am"
I said laughing
"that must be so cool touring the country with them" he said
"ahaha yeah it's pretty cool but they can be annoying" i said
"so are you famous too?" He asked
"I do pretty well I have a few million on my social medias" I said
"boyfriend and brother too?" He asked
"yep, so how about you matt tell me a little about yourself" I said
"Well Im pretty boring I work here, live here, I'm 17 years old, and that's pretty much it, I'm your average 17 year old kid" he said
"you're right you are pretty boring" I said laughing
"well we can't all be famous Makenna" he said laughing
"well matt thanks for the soup but I'm terrible at being sick and so I think I'm going to go sleep until my boyfriend comes back" I said
"okay thanks for taking for so long made my night on the job a little less terrible" he said
"Anytime matt" I said smiling and closing the door
Talking to Matt made me realize how much I miss having normal friends like Bryan and Tori but they don't miss me. They made the choice to leave me. I ate my soup and decided to go to sleep until the boys got back. It was 9 now so they should be back in 2-3 hours.
-time skip to end of show when the boys are leaving to go back to the hotel-
(Jacks pov)
I've been off pretty much the whole night still thinking about the Zach and Mak situation. As much as I want to believe it wouldn't happen. What if it does? What if I'm not enough for her?
"bro seriously what's wrong" Daniel said
"Yeah you seem way off" corbyn said
"Please tell me you're not still on about what I said earlier" zach said
"Yes zach I am because what if it's true? What if mak really wants to be with someone else? What if I'm holding her back? What if I'm not good enough?" I said yelling toward the end
Everyone went quiet
"Sorry I'm just stressed out about it, I'm crazy about her and I'm worried I'll lose her" i said
"She loves you bro trust me I can tell" Daniel said
we got to the hotel and went to our rooms. The arrangements were the same as usual only in this hotel it was set up weird. It was jack and jill style so there was one bed in each room and the two rooms connected to one bathroom. So Daniel and jonah were in a room together that connected to the room mak and I would be in alone together. I could tell Daniel was a little uncomfortable with the idea but I promised him nothing would happen. I said good night to the boys and we all went our separate ways to our rooms I walked into mak and I's room to see her asleep in the bed. I went and closed the door of ours that connects to the bathroom and locked the main door and stripped into my boxers and got into bed with mak. I kissed her on the forehead to wake her up.
"hey baby" I said to her pulling her close to me so we could cuddle.
"hey how was the show?" She asked
"it was great but can we talk about something?" I asked
she looked up at me and said  "yeah sure what is it"
"today zach said something and I just wanted to make sure that i wasn't holding you back and that I was enough for you because I really am crazy in love with you Makenna seavey and I don't want to lose you" i said to her
"jack I...."
