*Harry's POV*
It's been a few hours since I've been home. I can't say what time Adalaide left, but she should have been back by now. I give the boys a call and ask if they have seen her. No luck. Louis told me to call Eleanor, so I probably should.
"Hello?" She asks
"Have you seen Adalaide anywhere?"
I hear her take a sigh, "Louis already asked me. I'm sorry Harry, but I haven't seen her anywhere. Try looking around London."
"You know I can't do that."
"It's late in the day, I'm sure nobody would notice if you wear a hood. Anyway, I have to go. My cousin is expecting me for dinner. Good luck."
I take her advice and start searching London in my hoodie. I search all around the streets and ask random passer byes if they have seen her. I start looking in the shops for her, and asking if the employees have seen her. One man in particular said that she has been in the store. She said that she didn't stay long, but she was here.
"Do you remember what time?" I ask in a hurry. The man was older and clearly didn't notice that I needed to know quickly.
"Um, I would say, maybe two or three. I can't remember that well boy I'm aging."
"Thank you sir." And I make my way to the next store.
How could this happen? She doesn't know her way around town anymore. Hell, she doesn't even know how to get to her own damn apartment. Every thought of where she could be or what could be happening to her is filling my brain up with agony and inconsolable despair. First the train mishap, and now this. What if George found her? I don't care about my restraining order, I would beat him to death this time.
Looking around the streets I see busy people and traffic jams. London is quite big.
In exhaust, I run my finger through my hair. Thinking so much and running around like this is making me so fucking tired. I'm so tired of all this. The twinkling lights daze me off for a moment. But just as I start to lose myself I hear a loud honking and a blow right in my knee caps. I look up to see two bright headlights. I put my hand in front of my face so I'm not blinded by this asshole. I could hear a muffled man blow his top off with the profanity coming from his mouth.
"I'm sorry." I say. The man backs up and takes off before apologizing as well.
I start to look for Adalaide again. I head into a shop that I think she might like. There's little dresses and nicknacks in it. I'm not really sure what she likes, but this might be it.
"Can I help you?" A confused lady asks.
"I'm looking for someone." I say out of breath.
"My husband didn't send you did he?" She angrily assumes. "Look I don't care, he can't see Calvin."
"What the bloody hell are you talking about? No, I was wondering you have seen a girl named Adalaide earlier today?"
"I don't know. A lot of girls come in my store. And if you're some crazy ex then I promise you she's not here."
"Can you please stop assuming things for 5 seconds." I take off my hood.
"Oh shit. No way, you're in my store. Calvin come here!" She yells. A little child comes racing out of the back room and into her arms.
"Harry!" He screams of excitement.
"Can you please describe this girl for me?" She asks. I do as she says and start naming off physical attributes and characteristics.
