A Book of Mallycat504 (Why Didn't I Think of This Sooner!?!?)

Lil Something For Any Fans of Running Blind Out There~

Hey, out there fans of one of my more successful books Running Blind.

I was just lying in bed, trying to fall asleep and thinking about writing (cause legit that's the only thing I do when I'm not writing)

And I began to think about you humans.

And I wanted to let you in on a few things I've been plotting with @GayleGirl19 behind your backs.

So first of all, I'm proud to announce the book is coming to its conclusion.

We're in the last stretch this time kids

Hopefully, there are less than ten chapters left, but let me warn you:

THESE CHAPTERS WILL PULL AT YOUR HEARTSTRINGS AS I'VE HINTED IN THE AN OF PAST CHAPTERS

Then I will begin the editing process.

Now let me tell you I can't get through the prologue without cringing.

I mean

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY SPELLING AND GRAMMER MISTAKES?!

I know I used to have a part-time editor in @mj142020

and I still love the girl

but

she's too busy these days to care about my shit

(I'm surprised you all aren't too busy honestly)

and

she's human

so she's missed a lot

ALSO

I've gotten better as an author since I wrote the beginning of the book

so let me tell you guys what is going to happen after I finish

*drumroll please~*

I'm going to rewrite it.

Yep.

The book that I've slaved over for over a year now is finally going to get some justice and be rewritten.

And instead of just editing the chapters like I've done with my past books

(if you've bothered to read them)

and making them into like Frankenstein books

I'm going to just redo this one

So you can relive each character's quirky awkward moments

AGAIN!!

However~

I am planning to mess with some shit

Like:

The two E's (who were legit just there for comic relief) will be no more

Ashley's brother will probably not exist either

Jaxon will no longer be on the cross country team (However he will still be Ash's Guide)

Mercy and Eve will be getting some more character development

Jordan, Marissa (Ashley's ex-friends) and Chris (Ash's ex) will have more than one chapter written about them where they're portrayed as complete and total bitches

Ashley's mom will no longer be having cancer

Ashley will have been blind since seventh grade instead of freshman year

Ashley will run races with Jaxon's help because she's not a Mutare (love you if you get that) with superhuman senses. So it was flat out unrealistic.

And

I will try to explain Ash's character better since she got A LOT of hate when she was fighting with Mercy.

HOWEVER

some things you can look forward to not changing will be:

Ashley's still going to be a bitch~!

That's all I got thus far.

Anyways tell me friends whatcha think about my grand scheme thus far.

I was kinda winging it when I wrote this so who knows what the future holds~

Especially as for future books

I want to say thanks to @GayleGirl19 for always letting me plot with her and I just want to let you kids know she's a big part of what goes on behind the scenes from motivating me with her kind words, inspiring me with her own stories and always doing incredibly stupid things that I could write into my stories for laughs.

As well as @Betsy0812 for always being a supportive reader and voting on whatever I post no matter how bad I think it is.
