I looked in the mirror one last time for my fit. I knew I would be on the go all day; I wanted my outfit to be chill but fun. I wore a denim distressed shorts with my black graphic tee. My sister peeked into my room "You look cute" she smiled. She volunteered to stay with me for a few days because realistically this situation wasn't over.
"Thanks, I'm nervous" I said. "Don't be, just be cool" she said. "And relax, you can be uptight sometimes so just be on your good behavior okay?
"I'll try, as long as nobody plays with me then I'm good" I said placing my charged battery in my camera.
Julian
"Babe stop moving" She said patting around my eye with a cotton ball drenched in peroxide. "It burns" I said. She put some ointment on it rubbing around. "Okay I think you'll be okay" she said. "Thanks babe" I smiled kissing her cheek. "I have a busy day today" I said grabbing my keys.
"Me too" she sighed. "You'll pass your exam, quit worrying " I said before running out. "I'll screenshot it to you" she yelled down the hall. I turned around giving her the thumbs up.
Honey
I walked inside the gym nervous as ever. Today was my first day getting a glimpse of his lifestyle. I still would've never thought he would be a professional boxer. Julian was into cars and fixing things. Watching him talk to his trainer from afar was making me feel all nervous inside. I was so mad that I was acting like this dude was a celebrity or something. Technically he has fame but why the hell do I still feel all jittery inside? I was second guessing the closer I got. I was beginning to think I should've asked Julian first but then again I wouldn't be here if he didn't agree to it.
"Good morning" I said politely cutting Pete and Julian off from their lengthy conversation. Once they saw me they both greeted me. "Good morning Honey" Pete said.
"Good morning" I smiled. "Good morning" Julian said looking at me. "So I guess you're my photographer now" he said.
"Only if you want me to" I said lifting my brow while turning my camera on. "Well you wouldn't be here if I didn't want you here" he said. I smiled " Soo where do I start? I asked.
"I don't know, you're the photographer or video director" he said. "How about you get moving" I said. Pete looked at the both of us shaking his head. I was thinking of making a few promo videos, doing a couple of photo-shoots as well as working on the documentary. He nodded his head walking over to the bench. I followed him pressing record. "You're really going to record my every move? He asked. I sighed hitting pause. "I was in the middle of recording. until you started talking" I said lowly. He put some gum in his mouth
"Oh, you didn't give me any direction " he said.
"I'm doing a few promo videos for you and I think they'll go perfect on your Instagram" I said.
