"Julian you like my outfit? Honey asked waiting for his approval. "Since when did you start wearing dresses, you look like a drag queen" he chuckled. She looked down at her dress looking back up at him in disgust. "Forget you Juju, I think its cute" she said nodding her head.

"You look like a piñata" he chuckled. "And you look like Winnie the pooh fatty" she yelled getting on her bike. "Toothpick" he yelled pushing her off her bike. She fell off her bike and began crying in pain.

"Why would you do that? It hurts she cried in pain. Julian quickly ran over to attend to her. "Sorry" he said helping her up. She still had her hands over here face. "I'm telling your momma" she whined.

"No don't tell her please, I'm sorry" he panted. She looked up and began smiling using her fake cry to her advantage. She kicked him in the shin. "Punk" she laughed. "Ughhh" he panted grabbing his leg. "Yeah I kicked you in the knees cuz you're a fatty and fat people hate getting kicked in the knees" she laughed. "Ahh" Julian screamed tackling Honey on the grass while she was kicking and screaming.

"GET OFF OF ME" she yelled. Julian's mother Ms. Jen ran outside pulling him off of her. "Hey hey what the hell is going on over here" she yelled. " Get off of her" she yelled struggling to pull him off. Julian's dad Kevin ran outside to assist them they were now rolling on the ground. He pulled Julian off "What the hell is wrong with you tackling her like that? I aint raise you like that boy" he yelled breaking them apart.

"And I'm telling yo momma when she gets home" she said. "And you, I didn't raise you to be fighting a lady ever" His mom said pulling him by his ear.

End flashback

"You just have to grind and put in the work. You can't expect to box in your basement twice a week and expect to be a boxer. It takes dedication, commitment and consistency and that's with anything you want in life" he said.

"Give me the background on how it all started? I asked filming him on our way to New Jersey. His family was throwing him a little cookout for a few of his wins and I was nervous. I haven't seen his family and a decade; I wonder how their response is going to be.

"I'm originally from South Sacramento. My family and I moved to Jersey when I was 5 so I really rep Jersey. Um I didn't aspire to be a boxer honestly. I wanted to be a mechanic and fix cars. It wasn't until my senior year of high school that I wanted to do something bigger than myself. My father was a karate instructor and my uncle was a professional boxer. I started getting inspired to get in shape. I was fat as hell; I wanted to get in shape and I started doing kick boxing. I fell in love with it and I became an amateur boxer and now I'm a professional boxer" he explained.

"How do you feel about the rappers and entertainers that lie on how they were raised, to get street cred? I asked. He started laughing thinking of what to say.

"You know some rappers be like I grew up on sugar water knowing damn well they had a variety" I explained laughing

"I know what you mean" he chuckled. "Umm People just gotta be true to themselves. These entertainers think no one will respect them if they grew up in a loving family and that's far from the truth. As long as you inspiring somebody who cares how you came up. I didn't live in a rough neighborhood but my story is still inspiring you know.. people gotta stop lying to themselves" he said. I stopped my camera placing it down.
