Savannah's POV
One thing to know about me is that I'm lazy- very lazy and when someone tells me 'You're lazy' it pisses me off so I do everything in my power to prove to them I'm otherwise and that had obviously happened because here I am, walking to school.

It all started like this, yesterday my friends said I was too lazy to do any form of exercise when I made a comment about loosing weight, they also made comments about me not needing to but that part wasn't registered in my brain as important. A list of the disadvantages of exercising like the aches you get after it suddenly flew through my lips like a presidential speech and just to make a point I remember telling them not to bother picking me up for school this morning so I'll just jog to school instead and we all know how that turned out. It's a decision I'm awfully regretting at the moment. To be honest it sounded good at the time but trust me it did not feel that way. My legs are killing me and it isn't even that far. They were right I really do need to start exercising.

I stood in front of the school entrance gripping on tightly to the straps of my bag then taking in a deep breath before I followed the crowd of students that were walking into the building that most of us call hell. I'm a beyond average student, well that's what I call it since I'm not extremely smart nor am I dumb but since I only gets A's, B's, sometimes or
rarely C's but I for one am not one of those that enjoy being here but I have to, you know.

I watched as the students walked through the halls and some were with their friends, laughing and talking like nothing else mattered...at least most of them were. I've learnt not to judge people but sometimes it's hard not to since we happen to do so anyway either knowingly or unknowingly as thoughts that pop into your head out of the blue.

On my way to my locker someone bumped me in the shoulder and couldn't even apologize.

What an ass.

To be honest even little things like that seemed to easily piss me off. I resumed my previous attempt to get my books and started heading towards my locker and unexpectedly I was bumped into again.

Ugh.

It might be accidentally but they should at least try to avoid hitting people. I kept saying excuse me as I made my way through but it seems like some people here aren't familiar with the meaning of the word, so I got bumped into again.

And again,

And again,

And again.

"Are you sure you haven't completely forgotten how to use your eyes?" I scowled as I turned around to see who bumped into me.

"Hey hey Savannah I'm sorry." the boy apologized, his arms raised in defense. It wasn't a shock to me that it was my best friend, Cameron. He's extremely clumsy. Not gonna lie I am too when I was little my nickname was clumsie. I know right, how creative is my mom. Sometimes I tease Cam with the nickname and thank goodness he has no clue of who it's actually for because I'd never hear the end of it.

I have a big cliché crush on my best friend and if I said I didn't I'd be lying but can you blame, what's not to like with his chocolate brown skin, thick black hair, gorgeous dark brown eyes and that jawline that's as sharp as a blade. He's what you'd consider as popular and I for one is not. I kind of fall into the middle category or whatever name you might call it. It's funny I'm still attracted to him when he's annoying most of the time and yet playful, sarcastic, sweet and so much more. I guess you could say my love for my best friend was inevitable. Cameron's the biggest goof I know but I love him. I always tell him I just tolerate him because I've known him for like forever which is partially true. We've been best friends ever since his family moved in next door when we were both little.
