Me, my mom, Ms Gloria, Solo and Kaari and the bridesmaids were dress fitting now. I chose for them all to coordinate even though the wedding was fake because I wanted my photos to come out looking A1.
"Kelly don't you think you look a bit too chubby in that dress?"Mama tilted her head.
"Mama, Kelly looks just fine in the dress. Don't listen to her Kellz."
"I agree. You look stunning Kelly. The dress compliments your figure,"Ms Gloria agreed with me.
"I'm just saying,"Mama flipped through her magazine.
"Well nobody asked you to say so don't say. It's not like you were drop dead gorgeous in your dress anyway,"Ms Gloria rolled her eyes.
"And what's that supposed to mean?"Mama shut her magazine.
"Um I think I'm next now,"I stood up breaking the bicker before it escalated.
I went into my room at Ang's place to try on the wedding dress. Mama chose it and I wasn't too happy with it but she was insisting on this dress and wouldn't let me go home without it. Ms Gloria was furious because she felt I should be able to choose my own wedding dress without anyone interrupting.
"Bey?"Solange came in.
"Girl why can't you knock on my door?"
"I need to tell you something,"I looked at her through the lengthy mirror and she looked petrified.
"What is it Solange?"the door burst open.
"How long is it going to take you to put on a dress Beyoncé?"she grumbled.
"I've already told you Celestino to leave the girl in peace!"Ms Gloria followed her.
"Oh shut up Gloria. You look so beautiful in this dress Beyoncé, I knew I chose the right one for you! Why don't you come and show the tailor so he can make a few changes,"she rushed me out of my room.
"Mama I need to talk to Solange,"I told her.
"She can wait for now. Stand on the podium,"I stood on it and quickly texted Solange.
