Days flows into weeks, fall follows summer and the weather starts to get chillier. Time moves on and everyone’s lives change. I decide not to continue my education and focus more on my work. I even get promoted to manager of River Island earning more hours and a bigger paycheck. There is also good news in my dream of becoming an author as I finally manage to find a publisher that is willing to read one of my manuscripts.
Lori has become more involved in her father’s company so I barely see her. Zayn has been busy with X-Factor and I have made sure that I am working whenever he is free. I have pushed my feelings for him aside and focused the energy on my work.
Brad and I have become more of a couple. I guess that spending more time with him has let our old flame rekindle somewhat. I honestly believe that maybe I can spend the rest of my life with him. He plans his training around my work schedule so that we are able to spend time. He has matured and is different from the boy I punched in the nose 3 years ago.
I heard the saying, "Time heals all wounds." I guess that it is true.
