"Lets throw a party," Kai suggested, slipping on a T-shirt over his head.
"When?" I asked while flat ironing my hair straight. Right now, a party was the last thing I wanted
"Umm... tonight?"
I rolled my eyes, I should've known. "Sure, why not, baby," I said, letting the sarcast roll off of my tounge.
He walked over and put his arms around me.
My eyes watched him through the mirror, "What?"
He placed his chin on my shoulder.
"I know you don't want to, but we haven't thrown one since Kaila was born," he reasoned before kissing me tenderly on the neck, "Come on, baby. How bad could it be?"
He was right, we havent thrown a party or even been to a decent party since we had Kaila. So it couldn't be that bad, right?
I exhaled, "Okay, okay. We can have your dumb ass party, but you better not get stupid."
He smirked and walked out the room without another word.
Kai used to always get so drunk at our parties, he couldn't control himself. It was like he was a whole different person and that was one flaw about him that I didn't miss.
Something inside of me told me this wasn't a good idea, but I ignored it, as always.
"Stop worrying so much, Diamond," I told myself. I put the irons down and went to make arrangements. "It's just a party."
