"So glad we could finally meet." A voice whispered in my ear as it echoed throughout the room. I struggled to grab the hand holding onto my shirt collar but with no avail. The person, I;m assuming a man from his deep alluring voice, just chuckled and I was being dragged into Hall C. The only thing I could see were the man's dress shoes that clicked with each step, and his long grey dress pants.

His grip suddenly let go, causing me to stumble and land on the floor. I quickly twisted around to see who the man was. His whole body was hard to look at as it had a 3d effect around it and the surrounding area near him was grey, like he drained the colors out of anything near him. He wore a grey tuxedo with a crimson tie and had a posture so stiff you would think he was a statue.

"I've been waiting a long time to finally meet you (Y/n)." He stated with a smirk, leaning over and offering me his hand to help me up. I looked at him in confusion of why he was being so friendly. I had expect he would act like the other man named Anti or that they would be working together but I didn't see him in site. I cautiously took him hand and he helped me up. "You must be greatly confused (Y/n). Follow me, I might be able to offer some assistance in any question you may have." He offered with a luxurious smile.

I couldn't find it within me to refuse the man even though my gut was telling me to run as far away as I can. He offered his hand and I slowly placed my hand within his. He guided me to a door that had replaced what should've been a cell door but I didn't say anything about it. He opened the door and held it open for me. I took a few steps within the room and found myself within a dining restaurant, to fancy to be from the town I was in. The whole place was black and white and all the talking was muffled by a slight ring within the air. No one within the room had either ignored my presence or didn't notice.

I turned around to head back to the door but found myself within the middle of the restaurant, no door within sight. I turned back towards the empty table that was now occupied by Dark who sat down and gestured for me to sit as well.

I made my way to the table and sat down across from him. As I sat down, I noticed I was wearing some fancy attire that was a dark maroon, the only color within this place. A white cloth was placed upon my lap from the left. I looked up to see a peculiar man. He also had color unlike everything within this room, he had a pink mustache and wore grey dress pants with pink suspenders holding them up, and a bright yellow dress shirt. He gave a goofy grin before speaking with an obnoxious accent,

"Hello darling~ I'm Wilford Warfstache, what may I get for you?" He asked. I went to speak but the man in the suit across from me spoke,

"Just some wine will do." He ordered. The man nodded before walking off and disappearing behind two doors that probably led to the kitchen. "I assume you may have some questions for me?" The man asked, interrupting the silence. I pondered for awhile, trying to think of the best questions so I wouldn't end up wasting my time if there was a limit of questions.

"Why am I here?" I asked, getting that question out of the way since it was stuck in my mind since I entered the door.

"I figured I would bring you somewhere private, away from things that are out to get you." He replied, straightening his tie. My mind instantly shot to Anti, did this man know he was after me? I went to ask another question but the other person, Wilford Warfstache, came back with a bottle of wine that looked expensive. He poured some of the contents of the bottle into the two wine glasses at the table before placing the bottle to the right of the table and standing right beside it, most likely to refill the wine glasses as they emptied.

"How do you know I'm being targeted?" I asked frantically, eager to know what he knew. The man smiled,

"The man you know as Anti works for somebody who is in search of a vessel. He plans to manipulate you and weaken your soul until it loses the willpower to fight back when he tries to take over your vessel, like he did with Travis." He stated, taking a sip out of his wine glass.

"Wait, is Travis possessed?!" I exclaimed, making links to how he could be possessed. Such as his change in personality.

"No, his soul has only been weakened. He's been under my protection ever since, but I was too late to keep him from becoming weak. But I was lucky he told me about you, (Y/n), or else you would probably be in the same boat as Travis." He soothed my worried thoughts. I sighed in relieve. I felt really bad for Travis at the moment, he could've been possessed with no chance of having his own live. I could only imagine how much Travis must've gone through as that disgusting demon tried to weaken him for whoever he worked for. Whoever this man was must've had a quarrel with the demons to want to protect us, though I was still on edge as he did not look like the type of man to be a 'protector' but he's done nothing to prove me otherwise. I went to ask another question when a booming voice echoed through the room,

"Dark, let them go!" a muffled voice yelled from all around. The man in front of me scowled and glitched, causing me to jump back from his sudden mood change.

"How did he find us!" His voice glitched and echoed, this was not the man I was speaking to before. He glitched between the stoic man I saw in him to a man filled with pure rage. The man named Wilford had disappeared from my sight, the ringing within the room increased as the walls, floor, and roof crumbled away. The last thing I saw was the man in front of me scowl until he to, crumbled away, leaving me within the darkness.

(Yay, finally, an update! I had a hard time writing this chapter as I wanted to try and make Dark as manipulative as he could be without it being too painfully obvious. Hopefully I was able to portray the sardonic, manipulative demon correctly! Thanks for reading and now that I got that big part out of the way, updates should resume to normal, though instead of updating this story on Tuesday like I planned, I'm going to change it to Thursday instead.)
