(Before I begin this chapter I need to tell you guys what year and date this takes place in so the story will make since. This story takes place in October of 2016, it'll make more sense why I chose this date later. Anyways, enjoy!)
(Mark's POV)
"Jack, you won't believe this..." I trailed off, still not sure if I even believed what I saw. I sent him the link to the viral video and waited for his response. 20 minutes later I hear my notifications ding, It must be Jack. I grabbed my phone and read what Jack had to say.
"There's no way this is real, we banished them!" I sighed and began to type away,
"I think it's legit. There's no mention of our names at all, plus very few people know about Dark or Anti. Here I'll look up the asylum and see if it's real."
I exited from my messages and went to google and typed in 'Raspy Hill'. The first page was filled with those who had played the horror game back in 2014. I wanted to quit then and there but I knew if it really was Dark and Anti then we needed to know. I went to a few other pages but couldn't find anything but the game. I checked the video again to see what they called it. 'Oh, it's Raspy Asylum' I thought before typing it into google. The first link lead me to a website that gave a little description about the asylum's history and how I could schedule a tour. A lump formed in my throat as I clicked the inmates button.
I felt sick, the first inmates to show up where indeed called Anti, Wilford, and Dark. The sketches and black and white photos of them gave more proof this wasn't some internet hoax. I copied the link and sent it to Jack. I scrolled through the website myself, looking to see if any other familiar faces would show up but none did.
"No way! This is too crazy, the website could be a gag!" Jack texted.
"Well they do have coordinates, I typed them into google maps and it's a real place. The town the asylum it's in is right on the Nevada border to California. I feel like I should go, just to make sure they aren't there and that this is all just a hoax."
"There's no fuckin way in hell am I going to allow you to face those demons by yourself if they are there. I'm buying plane tickets."
"Jack, you know you can't do that! You don't have any time to prepare any videos. I'll be fine by myself, I'll have Ethan and Tyler go with me."
"To late, I have tickets already. I'll be in Nevada by Monday, it'll give me enough time to prepare videos! Could you pick me up at the Nevada airport though? My flight lands at 10 pm."
"Sure, We'll go to the asylum on Monday then, see you soon..."

(3rd person POV)
It was around 2 pm when Mark, Tyler, and Ethan arrived to the small town. The streets were practically empty with only a few people which fit the surrounding buildings as they seemed to be really old and in need of a paint job and some new wood. They parked their car in the parking lot of the hotel they were going to be staying out that was just labeled as 'The Inn'.
They unpacked the car of their suitcases and Ethan, and Tyler followed Mark who led them into the old Inn. There was a nice old lady at the front counter who greeted them as they opened the door. She handed them the key to their room and they trudged up the stairs since the Inn was too old to have an elevator, plus it only have 4 floors, which they were on the 3rd.
Placing all the suitcases in the room, the boys decided to walk around the town and look for any other clues of the demons being present. The town was quote pleasant, the air smelling nice as it was untouched by modern technology. They even still had some payphones around. Most of the building were grey or white with black or red tiles for roofing. Most of the buildings seemed to be built in the 1900's which It was quite odd, why wouldn't the state bother renovating the town? There weren't any signs of modern companies in the town, only mom and pop shops and very few modern cars roamed the street. The ones that did were from tourist, indicated by their clothing and by the fact they would ride up to the hill to the asylum.
The asylum seemed to loom over the the town, as if it was a mayor's office. It stood long and tall, the outer walls looking decayed. Many small dots of people were around the outside, most probably coming because of the video.
Another eerie thing about the town is that there were very few teens or children walking around, or even adults. It seemed like everyone was huddled in their houses, not wanting to leave. The only place where they could find residences of the town were at the market places which were filled with very few people. Mark approached one of the people,
"Hello, My name's Mark. Could you tell me where everyone is?" He asked a lady who was around the age of 38/40. She turned around with a solemn smile.
"Oh, most have been staying inside since the recent attack. Many people are afraid that whatever hurt that poor boy is still lurking around. The cops said it was just a car accident but we all know that's a lie." She replied.
"What happened?" Mark asked softly, feeling bad for the boy and slightly worried.
"It was horrible, I was just up late at night reading a good book when I heard a young teen cry out. I went to see what happened and found a boy unconscious on the ground covered in blood. There was another teen sitting there, crying out. I quickly called the police while checking the boy's pulse. He looked like he was mauled by a coyote but the gashes were too deep to be a coyote, especially since he had irritated and bruised skin around his neck, indicating he had been choked. I would know, I'm a nurse at our local hospital." She explained. Mark's heart broke for the boy.
'Who would do such a thing?' he thought but deep in his gut he had a sneaking hint he knew who did.
"Anyways, the boy was very popular around the town since he was such a social bean in high school, always helping all the old folk and even adults with what they were doing. He still does but he's more reserved and quiet now. I don't question it but I am concerned about his health." She said before waving goodbye and walking off to finish her shopping.
Mark turned around to see that both men looked heart broken from what the lady told them, even Mark's mood was dropped after hearing about the boy. Mark went to lighten the mood but his phone rang.
"Hello?... Yeah we'll be there." He said before ending the call and looking at Tyler and Ethan. "Jack's here, we should go pick him up." They both agreed and went back to their car to pick up Jack.

(Mark's POV)
We all agreed to wait till night to check out the asylum since there were so many people there that would probably recognize us. I know, breaking and entering is a really bad thing to do but we have to make sure Dark, Anti, and Wilford aren't there. Who knows what they could be doing to the workers. Well I'm positive they would only give them scares, they've never been violent people before. If anything Dark is just an edgy emo and Anti would be his annoying sidekick.
"Alright, you guys ready?" I asked the group who were all wearing their darkest clothing. Ethan and jack nodded excitedly while Tyler gave a soft 'Yeah'. I mean, I was a little giddy myself about breaking and entering. It isn't something you do everyday and doing something dangerous broke through my typical schedule. "Alright, let's get on going!" I told them and we made our way out of the hotel and to the asylum. We walked there since a car would be too noticeable.
We made our way into the building since the door seemed to be unlocked. "Be careful guys, there might be a night watch worker out and about. No one ever leaves a door unlocked." I whispered to the other guys who only nodded. We made our way up the stairs since the video told us the cell where 'Dark', 'Wilford', and 'Anti' were up here. We all stopped in front of the entrance of the hall and I took a deep breath, "Let's see if this is fake." I muttered and we walked in...
