(Travis' POV)

A loud bang came from outside the nursery, scaring me out of my skin. I leaped out of the bed to see what the commotion was. When I looked out of the window on the door, I knew I fucked up big time. Every door in the asylum must've swung open. I knew we would be in big trouble if we didn't leave soon.

(Y/n) pushed past me and opened the door, looking at all the open doors in horror. I didn't give them time to process what was happening by grabbing their wrist and running out of the building. I hopped onto my bike and threw a helmet towards (Y/n). "Hop on" I told them in a stern tone, hoping they wouldn't ask questions. They obliged and hopped on, wrapping their arms around me before I took off. I wasn't sure if their place would be safer or if mine but ultimately decided to go to my apartment. It was a 10 minute ride to my house but since we were speeding, well I was speeding, we got there in 6 minutes.

I parked my motorbike in the apartment's parking area and hopped off the bike, keeping my helmet to put down inside. I told them that this was my place while taking their helmet and walked up the stairs to my door with (Y/n). I flipped through my key chain and took out the non decorated key which unlocked the door.

We entered and I told them to sleep in my room, making sure to get it across that I wasn't in the mood to fight about it. They walked into the room and closed the door behind them. I knew I wasn't going to sleep that night so I entered the kitchen to make something to calm my nerves. Baking has always helped me with stress since it reminded me of my mother back in Maine. I opened the cabinet below the counter to grab a mixing bowl.

"You know he's not going to be very happy now that you've left with the new worker." A voice with a funny accent said behind me, scaring the wits out of me. I jumped, bumping my head against the top of the cabinet. I quickly stood up and turned around, expecting to see who I thought it was but no one was in my line of sight.

"Over here." He said, I turned around to see him on the counter laying on his side, fiddling with his top hat. It was one of the Hall C poltergeist, Wilford Warfstache. He never really caused me any trouble, more of an annoyance like Anti but Anti would hurt me from time to time if he felt like it. I would be lying if I said I absolutely hated him, he was the one to prevent Dark from using his full power on me from time to time when things got serious. I heard him speak up, stopping my train of thought.

"Dark is outraged if you couldn't tell, I'd probably warn your little friend about him. What's her name again... ah yes, Jasmine. I know for a fact Dark will unleash all his anger on the poor soul who enters that building next." He grinned like this was all some silly game.

My blood froze at his words, he was right. Jasmine was the next person to enter the building for her morning shift and even though it was in the morning, no light was going to stop Dark if he was as angry as Wilford believes he is. I couldn't just sit here and allow Jasmine to be injured, it would be all my fault. I knew what I had to do to protect Jasmine.

Wilford watched from his now standing position in the kitchen as I frantically wrote a note to tell (Y/n) where I would be if I didn't come home before they woke. I grabbed my jacket, opened the door, and ran to my motorbike while clipping my helmet on before speeding off into the night towards raspy asylum.

I slowly got off my bike, turning it off, taking shaky steps towards the entrance for employees. Every step I took made me realize more and more what predicament I was getting myself in. I could just back out right now and be fine and dandy but Jasmine... I had to do this for her, even if she didn't like me back, I still cared about her and wouldn't allow my problems to mess with her. I muttered 'it's for Jasmine' the rest of the way. I opened the door slowly, causing it to creak from its old rust state. I took a few steps in before the door slammed shut behind me, causing me to jump. I heard Anti's laughter echo throughout the building.

"Looks like he decided to show up again, how brave." He snickered. I looked around, trying to find where he was but couldn't pin point where he was. His voice was bouncing throughout the halls, teasing me. I wanted to move but I felt air rush past me to my left, then right, and all around as if some one was rushing past me. All I could see was a flash of green so I assumed it was Anti messing with me.

Finally he suddenly stopped. After I few minutes I decided to take a few more steps into the building before I was slammed against the wall, feet dangling as a hand held onto my neck, blocking my airway. I struggled against the hand trying to get some air into my lungs, I look at who held me by my neck. It was none other than dark, his face made of pure rage. He was glitching from his anger to a calm state which happened whenever he got too emotional about something.

"I thought I told you not to interfere with my plans, Travis. I had them in my clutches but you make the foul mistake to take them away." His voice shook through the whole building. My sight was blurring up from lack of air when I was harshly dropped. I gasped for air while coughing, trying to get the oxygen we all took for granted. I looked up at Dark, awaiting what else he was going to say while still getting air into my lungs. He crack his neck and looked at me in disgust, as if I was a piece of gum on his shoe. His angered state had gone away and was left with an eerie calmness, which I hated the most. It made it hard to look at him in this state.

I hadn't noticed till now but his usual ringing was present, irritating my ears but better than being choked like once before. Dark took a few steps back and looked to his left where Anti was standing which I didn't notice before. He had a serious look on his face, probably trying to stay on Dark's good side. He looked back at me and spoke in an alluring tone,

"You don't want me to drag Jasmine into this do you? I'd hate for a lovely lady such as her to be harmed at my hands but you have given me no choice." This caused me to gasp, eyes going wide,

"No! She has nothing to do with this, leave her out of it!" I yelled at him. I instantly covered my mouth, regretting what I just said. He just raised his eyebrow at me,

"Then I suggest you stay out of my business with (Y/n), they're such a marvelous person to but it's really up to you on who I decide to use." He looked at me but I gave no words, looking away in guilt which gave him my answer. 'I'm so sorry (Y/n)' I thought, "Great, now that we have come to terms I shall be on my way," He looked over at Anti, "Though I believe you owe Anti an apology, he was doing such great work before you stopped him, I believe it's up to Anti now on what will happen next, Anti, he's all yours." Dark stated and disappeared into a black smoke. Anti grinned sadistically, cracking his knuckles,"With pleasure."
