Class went on as usual, Chloe gave Marinette some dirty looks, then blew kisses at Adrien.

Kim threw paper airplanes around the room when the teacher wasn't looking, Nathaniel drew the class as chibi characters, the usual.

One of Kim's airplanes suddenly hit Marinette in the back of the head.

She shot him a dirty look, before throwing it back to him.

Luckily, the teacher was too busy explaining some math terms to notice.

Marinette already knew everything the teacher was talking about, so she decided to zone out for a bit.

She realized everyone had changed so much.....

The friends she knew from freshman year weren't the same anymore....and not nearly as nice as they used to be.

Rose, was the only one who really stayed caring throughout the years, but sadly moved over the summer. Juleka was pretty upset, and really seemed to stop caring these days.

Nathaniel got over his crush on Marinette, but still found her attractive. He never really spoke much, so she wouldn't really know what his attitude was like.

Everyone else was pretty much the same, followers. They all followed Chloe, Why? Marinette could never figure that out.

She supposed Akuma attacks had become normal, and as teenagers do, they wanted to find something else to talk about.

Chloe was rich, no doubt about it, but still. How could anyone want to hang out with her....volantarily? Everyone has their own problems, and everyone wants to get rid of their problems. What better way than to take it out on someone? Why not Marinette?

She was an easy target, she was quiet, didn't argue, didn't put up a fight. She just let it happen.

She used to, really used to. But not anymore.

It didn't mean she was weak, no. She was far from it. It just meant, she didn't see the point in getting mad, it was all child's play, for now.

She had enough to worry about as Ladybug, petty arguments weren't going to take her time.

Her mind scattered around, filling with ideas for new designs. That's something she would rather think about, instead of all the things going on around her.

Alya, Nino and Adrien were the same best friends they used to be.

Nino was becoming a pretty well known Dj, while Alya's blog was blowing up on social media.

Marinette always made it a point to make sure Alya got the best shots and interviews from Ladybug. Which wasn't too hard....considering she was her.

She was always putting others before herself, no matter what. She would take the pain for anyone, at any time. No arguments about it.

Well anyways, class went on.... The teacher continued her lecture.

The chilly morning air blew through the window. The breeze wisping through the city like a soft song.

Marinette shivered, pulling her sweater closer to her body.

She looked over to Adrien, who didn't have a coat on. Goosebumps rose on his arms from the cold tickling his skin. Marinette frowned, feeling bad for her crush.

She raised her hand, her French tipped nails in the air.

Her teacher turned to her,

"Yes Marinette?" she questioned.
