-Not Edited-
Sergio had been putting off this much needed shopping trip for as long as he could. If there was one thing you needed to know about Sergio, it's that he hated shopping. The swells of people, the usual Paparazzi, and the hours spent on trying on clothes and shoes and trying to decide what looks better; the grey shirt or the blue one? Needless to say, he dreaded this day. Most of the time he opted to bring a friend just so he had someone to talk to for the hours he spent at the mall, but today he decided to go on his own. And there he was, shuffling through the racks in Macy's men's section, trying to find the perfect shirt to go with his maroon cargo shorts. What he didn't expect to find was his hand grabbing onto another man's. As if this man's hand was fire, he jumped back quickly in shock. When his eyes met a pair of light brown eyes he froze.
"Sergio?" Iker's deep voice called as Sergio continued to stare.
"Hello? Anybody home?" Iker's hand waved in front of his face.
"Uh... Hi?" Sergio's voice sounded unsure.
"Sergio... it's been so long. How are the boys? The team seems to be doing well playing wise. The keeper is doing well too, maybe not as good as me, but I'm kinda hard to match." Iker joked lightly.
"Uh. They're well." Sergio kept it short.
"Sergio? What's wrong? You don't want to talk?" Sergio's face didn't show any happiness in seeing Iker.
"No. I'm glad to have run into you..." He forced a smile but Iker saw right through it.
"Sergio." That's all it took for Sergio to start crying.
Iker's eyes grew in size as the man in front of him crumbled downwards. Iker just barely managed to catch him.
"Hey! What's wrong Sergio?" Iker was confused and concerned about his previous lover.
"I miss you! Damnit! I told myself to get over you. Forget you. I told myself to move on. And I thought... I thought I had! It's a shame I only lasted a minute when put to the test..." Sergio squeezed Iker tightly, not wanting him to vanish.
"I miss you Sergio. I'm still in love with you. Even though I made the move, my feelings never changed. Believe me when I say I haven't changed." Iker brushed Sergio's tears aside and continued to hold him.
"How about we go for a bite to eat and I tell you some good news." Iker smiled, wanting to spill to Sergio right there.
"Ok." Sergio smiled but didn't let go of Iker until he was forced by their walking in the direction of a cafe.
