chapter fifteen

Janina's pov: There was an awkward silence that seemed to last forever until Jonah finally broke the silence.

"It's getting late." Jonah said.

"Yeah, we should probably start heading back to our hotel." Daniel said.

I frowned not wanting them to leave, especially Zach. I looked over at Zach who was staring at the floor.

"Maybe I should give this whole long distance relationship a try? Maybe I should just think about it for a bit." I thought to myself as I looked at him.

"Wait Janina, didn't you like want to tell us something?" Corbyn said snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Oh yeah, um I just wanted to say how proud I am of you guys and how far you have come in just nine months, it's crazy how much you've blown up so far. You guys are gonna make it so far and that just makes me so happy. I swear one day you will be touring all around the world visiting places you've always wanted to go to. I'm just so proud to be apart of your fan base since the beginning." I said as tears welled up in my eyes.

"Awh bff." Corbyn said hugging me.

"Group hug!" Meggie yelled.

Then everyone else joined the hug.

"I love you guys so much and I'm so glad you slid into the group dm." I said once we all pulled away from the hug.

"We love you too." Jack said.

"Not as much as Zach loves you." Jonah said smirking.

Zach playfully punched Jonah on the shoulder and Jonah pretended like it hurt.

"Well we should get going." Daniel said.

Meggie hugged all of them, but hugged Jonah the longest. I hugged all the boys, and when I got to Zach he pulled me in a tight hug.

"Someday we'll be together." He whispered in my ear.

I kissed him on the cheek and pulled away.

"Someday." I said loud enough for only him to hear.

"OTP!" Daniel yelled.

Zach and me both glared at him. Then we waved goodbye and with that the boys all left our room. I groaned and flopped on my bed.

"You really like him, don't ya?" Meggie said.

I ignore her because I'm sure she already knows the answer.

"So you and Jonah." I simply said changing the subject.

"He's really nice." She said.

"Plus he's your favorite." I said smirking.

"True." She said.

"It looked like you two were hitting it off pretty well." I said still smirking.

She blushed.

"Now if you two will just date I will be very content." I said smiling.

"I could say the same thing about Zach and you." She stated.

"I'm going to go up to the rooftop for some air, wanna come with?" I asked ignoring what she said.

"Naw, I'm tired plus I got to take a shower." She said.

"Okay, be back later." I said.

I went over by the ledge and looked out at the city. I thought about what had happened on this rooftop just a few hours ago and smiled.
