"I'll let you two be." Jack said glancing out the door then at me.
I nodded still not sure who was standing outside then I watched Jack walk off to either the living room or kitchen. Then I turned back to the door and pulled it all the way open, hoping it would be Janina standing there, but it wasn't her. It was someone I never expected to see standing right in front of me. Especially at this moment...

Still Zach's pov: "What the hell are you doing here, Luke." I asked, my voice slowly filled with anger.
"Trying to help Janina get back together with your dumbass even though she clearly deserves better." Luke said rolling his eyes.
I chuckled coldly.
"Do you think you're better than me?" I asked.
"Right now, kinda." He said.
"She could definitely do better than you." I said.
"I know." He replied.
"Do you still love her." I said, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Of course, I do." He said.
"Do you want to get back together with her?" I asked.
"No." He replied.
"I knew it- wait did you just say no?" I asked completely confused.
He nodded.
"Janina and me are so much better as just friends." He said.
"She's my friend so I just want her to be happy and when she's with you, she's happy." He added.
"But she's not happy right now, she's hurt." He continued.
My heart dropped. I hurt her. Again. Why do I keeping doing stupid shit?
"Look I bought you a plane ticket to come back to Pennsylvania with me." Luke said breaking me out of my thoughts.
"You did?" I asked.
He nodded.
"So are you gonna come with me or not?" He asked.
I looked at him and thought about how Janina must be right now.
"I'm in." I stated.
