chapter twelve

Janina's pov: I woke up to the sound of my phone going off.

"Ugh." I muttered as I grabbed my phone.

I looked at it and saw that Daniel was trying to FaceTime me. I accepted it and placed my phone back on my nightstand so he wouldn't be able to see me.

"JANINA!" Daniel exclaimed.

"Calm down Dani." I said yawning.

"Wait shoot did I wake you?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"I'm sorry." He said.

"It's okay Dani." I said.

"Can you please show your face?" He asked.

"I feel like I'm talking to myself." He explained.

"I literally look like crap since I just woke up." I said.

"I don't care, and I doubt you do." He stated.

I sighed and picked up my phone then put it in a position on my nightstand so he could see me.

"See I was right, you don't look like crap." He said.

"Yes I do." I argued.

"Wrong." He said.

"You're literally the only guy who would think that, every other guy would say otherwise." I said.

"You wanna bet?" He asked raising his eyebrows.

I was about to answer him, but then he cut me off.

"Zachhhhh come here right." Daniel yelled.

"Wait no Dani." I said, but it was too late because Zach had come into the frame.

"Good morning Janina." Zach said smiling.

God that smile makes my little fan girl heart melt every time.

"Good morning." I said.

"Sorry I look like crap." I added quickly.

"You don't look like crap though." Zach said.

"See I told you, that I wouldn't be the only guy." Daniel said smirking.

"You guys are such liars, I clearly look like crap right now." I said.

"Janina, don't say that cause it's not true." Zach said with a serious face.

I sighed and ran my fingers through my long hair.

"Anyways why did you call me?" I asked Daniel.

"Because tomorrow is the Philly show." Daniel said.

"I know." I said.

"I can't wait to see you." Zach said.

"Welp you probably won't." I reminded him.

"I have faith." He said smiling.

Then Daniel and Zach gave each other a look then both smirked. I just looked at them really confused, trying to read their facial expressions.

"Am I missing something here?" I asked.

"Oh it's nothing." Zach said immediately.

I gave them both a look meaning "I don't believe you, but whatever".

"Well we actually should go, so go back to sleep." Daniel said.

We said our goodbyes then I ended the call. I couldn't go back to sleep. I ended up just staring up at my ceiling. After about ten minutes I gave up and grabbed my phone.
