Luke's pov: (a/n: surprising ik) "Janina, everything is gonna be okay." I said as I held her in my arms.
She pulled away from me and looked at me with tears streaming down her face.
"Luke, you don't understand he broke up with me, nothing will ever be okay." Janina said.
I sighed.
"He's not worth your tears, J." I said wiping away her tears.
"It's all my fault, if I had just told him that you were coming over to drop off my gift him and me would be fine." She mumbled.
"It is not your fault, he should trust you when you have told him that we're just friends." I said.
"Yeah, but not telling him that you were coming probably made him think otherwise." She said.
"You can't blame yourself." I said.
"Luke, just leave." She said.
"But Janina-" I started to say, but was as cut off by her.
"I need to be alone, now leave." She said.
I stood up and walked towards her bedroom door hesitantly. I looked back and saw her head in her hands as she had begun to soft cry. As much as I wanted to just stay there with her I knew how mad she can get even if you're just trying to help her. So I walked out of her room, down the stairs and out her front door. Once I got to my car, I sat there thinking. Eventually I pulled out my phone and began to start my plan to make Janina feel better...
