*Katrina's P.O.V.*
A year? This isn't making sense. Well, not to me. I'm a very oblivious person. My heart stops for a bit when he says he's waited almost a year.
"What do you mean a year?" I asked confused.
"Jesus Katrina, you are so oblivious. Put the puzzle pieces together." He says, staring deeply into my eyes.
"I just don't understand." I show him a sad smile, "Please explain to me? I'm so damn confused."
His gaze shifts and he appears to think for a minute before saying, "No. I can't tell you now because it'd be too much for you to take in. Especially since we are at a party and this isn't exactly the perfect setting to have a one on one conversation about something this serious."
I lift an eyebrow, "Is it really that serious?"
He chuckles and says, "You have no idea." he stands up and tugs on my hand "C'mon let's get out of this party. Let's go have an adventure!"
"Oh god." I say unaware of what we're going to do next.
...
"Really Luke?" I say as we approach an unfamiliar building.
"What? I thought it'd be cute." He says as he opens to door for me.
We are at a Build A Bear workshop. I'm surprised they haven't closed yet. Literally, what ten year old is out this late to get a damn bear?
"Luke, you are the lamest and dorkiest person I've ever met." I laugh at him as he runs to start on his bear. I walk over to him a choose a random bear. It's a lightish colored bear. It's like a very light brown. The bear some what reminds me of Luke, I turn my head to Luke who's filling the bear with the thing that goes inside.
I can't help to laugh, literally this tall ass boy in a Build A Bear Workshop. He has a lip piercing and looks all bad ass, yet he is the sweetest guy you would ever meet. His outside looks is nothing compared to his personality.
"Babe, look!" He says, lifting up his bear "I made it to look like you!" He smiles proudly. I hold the bear in my hands and examine it, holy shit, it did look like me. Like not in a creepy way, but a more cuteish way. He even put glasses on it. Yes I wear glasses if you didn't know. I fill up my bear with the weird stuffing and patch the back up.
I look around the shop, thinking about what I'm going to make my bear look like. After a few minutes of looking through the clothing, I decided that I would make my bear into a Luke bear. After all, he did make one of me. Maybe we can have this cute thing where we both have each others bear so we have something to cuddle while sleeping? Not like it's creepy because we both will do it. I think he'd like that.
I walk around the pants for the bears, and damn, the bears have way more pairs of pants than I do. I look for some jeans that resemble the black skinny jeans he loves to wear, contributing to his sort of bad boy persona, even though he is basically a cupcake. I choose these black jeans that I stitch up tighter to make them look like they are actually skinny jeans and not just regular jeans.
I then walk to the shirt part, and I choose a shirt. I look and look for one that goes with Luke, but there's none that are right for describing him. At the end of the shirts rack, I see this weird machine. As I walk closer to it, I notice that it's a machine that you can customize a shirt for your bear. My smiles widens as I pull up a picture of a Nirvana template as I place a grey shirt on the machine. I pull out the shirt, and it looks exactly like Luke's!
I quickly place the shirt on and a quickly walk over to the shoes and grab some small black vans. I walk over to Luke who's paying for his as I place mine in the box.
"Can I see yours?" He says, trying to tale a peek at the bear as I shoved it into the box.
"No!" I smile "It's a surprise! Wait til' we get home okay?"
He pulls a pouty face and then smiles back, saying "Okay."
I pay for my bear and we walk outside laughing, while we carry our newly made bears in our boxes.
"We did not just buy bears from a freaking Build A Bear Workshop!" I exclaim, clutching at my stomach due to my laughing.
"Oh but we did!" Luke giggles. I love it when guys giggle, it brings me absolute joy to know I made him giggle.
I'm lost in my train of thought when he says, "So are you going to show your bear now?" as he stares at the box that contains the bear.
"I don't want to anymore." I mumble, I'm slightly embarrassed by it now. I wish I didn't make it. Oh god, now he's going to think I'm a creep great.
"Fine..." he says as I let out a breath of air I didn't know I was holding in. Out of nowhere, he grabs my box from me.
"Hey!" I jump up "Give it back!"
"Nope," he says as he opens the box.
The moment he takes out the bear, I fall to the floor and cover my face. I look up and see Luke smiling. He turns to face me and says, "This is so cute! I wonder who it's supposed to be." He winks.
"Oh god. I'm so embarrassed now." I shove my face back into my hands.
"Why babe?" He heart flutters at the word babe.
"Because it's weird. I'm weird." I mumble through my hands.
He gently removes my hands and says, "But it's okay." He hands me back the bear "I like weird."
I can't really react, so all I do is smile. We have an awkward silence when suddenly, he face lightens up. "Okay, this might be really lame but I think we should keep the bears so we can have something to cuddle or sleep with that reminds us of each-"
I cut him off saying, "other. I had the same idea."
He smiles grow bigger and he says, "I can tell Michael now I sleep with a girl!" He laughs.
I punch his shoulder and I yawn, "I'm pretty tired, can we leave?"
He replies back saying, "Does that mean we'll sleep together?"
"Oh my." I feel the blood rushing to my cheeks.
He embraces me into a cuddle as we take a seat in the back of the cab he had called. I fall asleep into his chest, hearing his heartbeat. Soon, our hearts were at the same rate and I felt him tighten the cuddle as I fell asleep.
