A Reason to Live (Jensen Ackles)

I have no idea if I even got close to everyone's actual personalities, but I hope you enjoy it anyway! XD Also, I've never been to a convention so I have no idea what it's like. It was two years ago that my sister introduced my mom and I to Supernatural. 

My sister was always recommending shows to me. Noragami, Terror in Residence, Supernatural, the list goes on and on. Her name was Claire. She's watched the entire show over three times now. 

My mom and I watch it together. It gives us another thing to bond over. We're very close. I tell her everything. I tell her about the guy I'm interested it. I tell her about everything that happens in school. I even tell her the things I swore would never leave my mouth. I can be completely honest about everything and she understands me. I love her more than anything in his world. 

My siblings come after that. We're a very close family. My brother, Wyatt, will watch an episode with us every once in awhile. He doesn't really watch live action shows. He mostly watches anime or gaming channels on YouTube. He's a gamer himself. I'm not too good at video games so I always have to get him to help me. We used to argue all of the time. We couldn't even be in the same room together, but now, we do all kinds of things together. Especially watching One Piece. He gets annoyed when I listen to One Direction too much though. Truth is, sometimes I listen to it just to annoy him. I love him some much, even though I don't really tell him that.  

I don't know much about my dad though. He left when I was about two. No one will tell me anything about him when I ask. 

After my siblings comes Supernatural. I love it. It's the best live action show that I have ever watched. The actors, Jared, Jensen, Misha, Mark, and everyone else are so incredible. They're so nice in real life. It wasn't long before I found myself falling in love with all of them and wishing I could meet them. 

That's why, for my thirteenth birthday, my mom, sister, and brother all combined their money to buy me tickets to go to a Supernatural convention and meet them. They even rented me a hotel to stay in because it was too far away to drive back and forth. 

They didn't have enough money to go with me, but a close friend of my mom's, Lori, had offered to go with me. She had plenty of money and she would watch over me. I don't mind though. She's a nice lady and I really like her. It was the only condition in order for me to go. 

Now, I'm in her car on our way to the convention. According to the GPS, we only had half an hour to go. Of course, we were gonna drop our stuff off at the hotel before heading over to the building the convention was being held at. 

Lori had gotten her own room. "To give you the entire experience," she said. I, of course, was overjoyed that I got my own room. It was unbelievable, incredible. 

When we got to the hotel, I called my mom to tell her that we had made it safely.

After checking in, we took our bags to our rooms. Lori's was right next to mine, so if I needed her she was right next door. 

I checked my appearance to make sure I was convention ready. I had on a pair of my favorite jeans on, as well as a Supernatural shirt. At the top, it said, "Winchester Bros." Beneath that was a pentagram. Lastly, beneath the pentagram, it said, "Saving People, Hunting Things, The Family Business. Saving people since 1983." Besides that, the shirt was black, all of the before mentioned was done in white. I had my favorite sneakers on, they were blue and black. I had my brown hair down in waves. It was the best my hair had looked in a while and I was grateful.

Then Lori knocked on my door, letting me know it was time to leave. I headed out and we walked down into the lobby and out to the car. It only took us five minutes to get to the convention. I was glad the hotel my mom had chosen was so close. 

Once we got there, I raced out of the car and into the building, showing the security my tickets along the way. Lori had told me earlier that I could do and go wherever I wanted and if anything came up that I needed to call her. So, the first thing I did was get away from her. I said that I liked her, but I didn't really want to have her around all day. 

At first, I just roamed around, trying to take everything in. Looking at all of the decorations and posters, just scoping out the scene trying to figure out what it was like. As I walked around I met a couple of people my age and we talked, they told me about what there was to do, what I should expect, and they even gave me a schedule so I knew what would be happening when. The convention was three days long, so I had plenty of time to do what I wanted.
