Once we had all finished eating breakfast, we all got dressed to go shopping. I slipped on a casual yellow lace dress that reached my knees. It was my favorite dress and it's not just because it was yellow. I also grabbed a pair of flats that matched with the dress, as well as my phone and headed down to the living room to meet with everyone else.

I was the first to get down there, the rest following minutes later.

We all jumped into the car and headed to the grocery store.

After going through most of the aisles Danneel had realized that she forgot something and went to get it. Justice had wanted to go with her so it was just Jensen and I now.

"You know what?" I asked.

He hummed in response, letting me know that he was listening as he continues to look at the shelves.

"I find it really cool that you do this."

He turned to me, slightly shocked.

"What? Going shopping?"

I nodded and continued to speak.

"Yeah. But, not just that. Other things as well. Like cooking, cleaning, work around the house, stuff like that."

"Why is that?"

"Well, I would've thought that you had someone to do all of this for you. A maid, a cook, a handy man. But, the fact that you do all of it yourself is really cool to me. You have enough money to hire the best, yet you do it all yourself and I really admire that."

He looked deep in thought for a minute.

"Well, I never really thought about it like that. When you put it that way, it really is kinda cool."

I nodded and then Danneel and Justice had come back with what they needed. They put it in the cart and we continued to shop.

Once we were done, we headed home and put all of the groceries away.

It was nice that they did everything themselves. It felt normal to me because that's the only way my other family could've done it. It was one of the things that made the transition easier. The fact that I could help out around the house instead of watching someone else do it, gave me something to do while I was still trying to figure out where I fit in. It was one of the only things that was familiar to me and it was comforting.

I spent the rest of the day doing what I normally did. Watching Supernatural, listening to music, playing with Justice, and other stuff. It was a really good day.
