Selena' POV:
I squeezed my eyes shut in frustration as I slipped my phone back into my pocket. My mom, I swear, she has the ability to make the biggest deal out of the smallest things. I just got off of the phone with her after she rang me, ordering me.. Well more like screaming at me to get home right now before I land myself into more shit.
Amazing how I'm seventeen, yet she still treats me like a seven year old.
"I'm guessing that was your mom?" Justin chuckled.
Obviously he overheard my mother's screams through the phone. It wouldn't be hard, that woman has an amazing set of lungs. When she's angry, damn, she could bring the house down.
I opened my eyes and sighed, nodding slightly.
"Yep." I replied, "That's her."
Justin laughed.
"She reminds me of my mom." He said, before he shuddered.
I couldn't help but laugh at the repulsive expression he had on his face. I smiled and stood up.
"I better get going." I stated, "Bye, Justin."
I started making my way towards the exit of the park when I heard Justin shout.
"Wait!"
I frowned slightly and turned to face him, watching as he got off of his swing and slowly made his way towards me.
"I didn't even get your number." He pouted fakely, trying to act hurt.
I smirked, "What makes you think that I will give you my number?"
"Come on." He chuckled, "Look at me, you'd be crazy not to."
I looked him up at down. Most of his body covered by his grey Adidas hoodie and loose denim jeans and most of his hair was covered by the grey beanie that sat on his head. But you could still make out his dark brown eyes, matching brown hair and pale face.
Needless to say, he was gorgeous.
I shrugged, "Eh.. I've seen better."
I chewed on my bottom lip, trying not to laugh at his expression. It was priceless.
"Yeah, right." He huffed, looking a little mad at my last comment.
"Don't get me wrong." I grinned, "You're hot-"
"Knew it." He smirked.
I rolled my eyes and turned to walk away again but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back to him.
"I was serious before, y'know." He whispered into my ear, "I really do want your number."
His cool breath dancing across my ear gave me goosebumps.
"Give me your phone.." I murmured finally, holding out my hand.
He grinned, knowing that he won and pulled his phone out of his hoodie pocket and placed it on my hand. I put in my name and number quickly before handing his phone back to him.
"Happy?" I asked.
He nodded, looking through his phone, "Very. Thanks babes."
"Selena." I corrected him.
"Right." He chuckled, "Sorry."
He wasn't sorry at all. He had that amused expression on his face. He sucked ass at acting.
I stood their awkwardly for a few moments before finally speaking up once I realized how cold it really was.
"Look, I got to get home." I stated, "Bye, Justin."
He looked up at me before leaning in a kissing my cheek, "Text ya tomorrow gorgeous."
He winked before sliding his phone back into his pocket and walked off into the other direction, leaving me their still dazed from the contact that his lips made with my cheek. I shook my head quickly and practically ran out of the park and made my way home.
