Justin's P.O.V

Selena was asleep in my arms. It was at least seven o'clock in the morning. I couldn't really sleep; I was tossing and turning all night, thinking about what I was going to do to get Selena out of her marriage with Chase.
I heard her grandma downstairs and slowly unwrapped my arms from Selena's waist, making sure that I didn't wake her up. I doubt she'd appreciate me waking her up this early.
I got up from the bed and threw on my t-shirt and sweat pants as I made my way out of the room. I gently shut the door behind me and walked down stairs and into the kitchen where her grandma was reading the morning news paper, her thick framed reading glassed sitting comfortably on the tip of her nose.

She glanced up at me and smiled slightly.

"Isn't it a little early for you to be awake? After your drive hear I'd imagine that you'd be sleeping in." She smiled slightly.

I shrugged tiredly, "Yeah.. So did I.. I couldn't sleep."

"Selena's marriage arrangements keeping you up?" She questioned.

I sighed and nodded, sitting down on one of the chairs at the table.

"I don't have a clue where to start... I was thinking about just showing up and taking her away but she's only seventeen, it'll be considered as kidnapping and as for her parents, well, they don't even know me, I mean, I got a glimpse at her mom one day in a parking lot but I could tell by the way she looked at me that she already hated me. Not that I really care." I explained, "But I need to find a way to get her out of it.. I have to... I can't just let her go."

Selena's grandma gave me an apologetic look.

"Don't be so hard to yourself Justin." She told me, "I can tell that you love her, it's obvious and as for Selena, well, all you need to do is look at her to know that she feels the exact same way about you." She smiled, "Look.. If you want to give yourself more hope that you'll find a way to get my grand-daughter out of this mess then maybe you should talk to her dad... Unlike her mother he's a little more uh.. Relaxed."

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" I asked, frowning slightly.

"Right now, I think it's your best option." She replied.

I thought about it for a while.

I guess I need to try something because sitting around just thinking about it doesn't seem to be doing any good at all. I looked back up at Selena's grandma and gave her a small smile.

"Ok.. I'll do it." I mumbled, "Thank you, by the way."

"Anything for my only grandchild." She smiled, "Now, go back up to her, I'm sure she'll love waking up next to you."

I laughed and nodded slightly before standing up. I turned to walk out the door but it already opened. Selena walked into the kitchen, her hair in a mess. She let out a tired yawn and looked at me and her grandma in confusion.

I smiled at her, "Hey baby, I was just about to come back upstairs."

"Ok.." She mumbled, obviously still half asleep.

Her grandma laughed lightly at her as she yawned again. I pulled Selena into a hug; she wrapped her arms around my waist, resting her head against my chest. I kissed the top her head, closing my eyes for and few seconds.

"I love you." I murmured.

"I love you too." She replied.

"Want to go back to bed?" I asked.

She nodded. I smiled, picking her up wedding style. She giggled, even though to me she still looked like she was half asleep and wrapped her arms around my neck. I glanced at her grandma again.

"Thanks again." I told her.

She smiled, shaking her head, "No problem sweetie."

Selena looked at us curiously again. I shook my head, pecking her on the lips.

"Nothing for you to worry about." I smiled, walking out of the kitchen with Selena in my arms.

I went back into our room and lay her on the bed. I stripped down to my boxers before crawling in beside her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she cuddled back into my chest. I sighed happily and closed my eyes, finally drifting into a comfortable sleep.

I'll admit, when I first met this girl I thought she was beautiful but never, in my wildest dreams, did I expect her to mean so much to me in such a short length of time.

This is the girl I love. The only girl I love.
