Episode 6: Jackasses

Alice shook her head and sighed as Thad begged her to help. Sammy stood nearby as his partner in crime. She covered her face and inhaled deeply before looking back up, between the two, before taking the camera from Thad's hand.

"Fine. I'll help. But if you hurt yourself, it's your own fault, and I'll just laugh."

Alice woke up early that morning, that old familiar feeling travelling up her throat as she rushed to the bathroom. It was the beginning of her second trimester, and while she increased in stomach size, Thad increased in stupidity. She went out to the living room to watch a little TV, and maybe be generous and make breakfast for the others. While she was cooking, Thad came out of his room and hugged her, mostly asleep.

"I love you so much." He yawned in her ear as she rolled her eyes.

"What do you want, Thad?" She asked as she cracked another egg into the pan.

"Nothing." He replied as he opened his eyes.

"Can you watch this while I go to the bathroom?" She asked as he took the spatula and nodded. She ran off to go to the bathroom when she caught Harmon and Kayla watching Jackass 3D.

"Guys, I swear to god, turn that off before Thad sees it!" She yelled, going into the bathroom. When she came out, Sammy was cooking breakfast and Thad was watching it with them. She felt like breaking down and crying, but instead she went into the room, took Thad by the collar of his shirt and dragged him out.

"What did I tell you about watching that shit, Thad?!" She scolded as he tried to pry her hand from his shirt.

"I'm sorry!" He shouted, backing away. She let go of him and sat down at the counter, trying to take a shot. He ran up behind her and drank it himself. "No! You'll kill him!"

"Oh, but you can watch movies that will influence your stupidity?!" She shouted in return. She ran outside and sat down on the doorstep, crying with her head in her hands. Thad sighed and followed her outside, feeling guilty. He sat down beside her and put his arm around her, hugging her.

"Listen, I'm sorry." He apologized, "But you should hear me out." That was where we left off. Alice shook her head and sighed as Thad begged her to help. Sammy stood nearby as his partner in crime. She covered her face and inhaled deeply before looking back up, between the two, before taking the camera from Thad's hand.

"Fine. I'll help. But if you hurt yourself, it's your own fault, and I'll just laugh." She sighed as she palmed the camcorder. She couldn't actually believe they wanted to remake Jackass.

"I love you so much for letting us do this!" Thad cried, hugging her. She sighed and thought of how stupid he would look. They'd asked everyone to help, and somehow they all agreed. The first day they all stood around outside of a busy mall, Alice with the camera in her hand, pointing it towards Thad.

"My name is Thad Castle, and this is the 'Shopping Mall Crutch Beat'." He introduced, taking the pair of crutches and putting them under his arms. She pointed the camera at Alex, who explained the whole plan.

"Basically, what's going to happen in Thad's going to go in with crutches into the busiest part of the mall. Then Harmon and I are going to take them and beat him with it, and run off." She went to the cafeteria afterwards and sat at a table when Thad came in with his crutches. She pressed the record button and not long after the two ran at him, stole his crutches, and beat him with them. After they'd run off, she ran over to him and made sure he was alright.

"I think I broke a rib..." Thad whined, rubbing his side. She helped him up and took him to the hospital, where they said it was only a cut and sent him home. Ice drove them home laughing like she said she would and knew she'd enjoy the upcoming two weeks. They got home late, so they went to bed. But Ali had made the mistake of leaving the camera on the table, because there was a small gathering. Alex and Sunny had gotten the camera and decided to play a nasty prank on the sleeping couple.
