something as beautiful
or as good
in his life
they call him
lightbringer
but he sees now
that he may bring light
but she brings
life
she brings
beauty
intelligence
wit
he is entranced
by her smile
her words
her
she sees him
not for the man
he pretends to be
but the man
he hides within
she knows him
better than he knows himself
she sees darkness
she sees guilt
and fear
but more than that
she sees his light
she sees
him
and she is
entranced
