I awoke to hear my phone alarm beeping to wake me up, I rolled over to switch it off and looked at the time. 7:30am. Feeling very tired I sat up with a bundle of duvet wrapped around me and looked out of the window to see a busy street full of people rushing to work, but in the distance I could make out the ocean, I am going to have to visit the beach soon. I slipped out of bed and went into the bathroom to have a shower and brush my teeth, once I had done this I quickly blowdried my hair and walked over to my wardrobe, I slipped on a pair of denim jeans and a white crop top with blue flowers scattered over the front, I finished this look with a pair of white Converse and brushed my hair until it was straight enough for me to feel comfortable. I checked my timetable to see my first music lesson was in one of the universities recording studios and made my way downstairs, I stepped outside and asked a few people if they knew where the class was but none of them seemed to know. Eventually I found myself outside the recording studio and walked in to see a group of 8 people sat in the studio waiting for the lesson to start, I noticed that 4 of these people were the boys I had embarrassed myself in front of yesterday.

I took a seat on my own at the back and studied the 4 boys. The first boy has blonde hair that sat limp over the top of his head, he has a very strong jawline and light blue eyes. The second boy has blonde hair that seemed to be turning brown which sat on his head in a quiff, he too had a strong jawline but not as strong as the other boy, his eyes are a green/hazel colour which gives off a friendly look in his facial expressions. The third boy has brown hair that also sat in a quiff but seemed to be facing the other direction, he has more of a baby face whereas the other boys look more grown up and matured, he seems quiet and shy compared to everyone else, his eyes are a lighter blue and he has a nose piercing as well as one ear piercing. The last boy is the one that has caught my attention the most, he has fluffy brown hair that sits on his head in a bundle of curls, he has more of an olive skin tone compared to the other boys, his teeth seem so white and sparkle in the reflection of the studio lights, his eyes are a deep chocolate brown which are helping me to get lost in his features, he too has a baby face but this helps him seem more attractive than the other boys, his little button nose scrunches up every time he smiles or laughs and the sound of his laugh seems almost addictive...

I've never been known to find boys attractive because they are always so annoying and most of the time I just ignore them, but this one boy seemed to be catching my attention which is a difficult thing to master with me. By the looks of things he is catching everyone's attention as he has 4 other girls standing around him right now, which in a way is as bonus because he won't notice me staring. I know I shouldn't be staring as I don't have any idea who this boy is, but it's something about him that I can't keep my eyes off of, he seems like a popular person so that automatically puts him out of my league. But there is no harm in staring? Right?...

"Ok class! Welcome to your first year at university, I hope you enjoy your stay here but I also hope you know how difficult this class is going to be. I am going to set you your first task for this term and then I will let you go away and deal with the task, of course I will be here if you need any advice or help but this isn't school anymore, you have to be more independent with your learning." The professor stated, I looked at the attractive boy from the corner of my eye to see he had a girl sitting next to him, she seemed to be resting her hand on his leg. "You're first task should be a simple one for you, write your own song to perform in front of the class in 3 weeks time. This task is just so I can see which stage you are all at with your music and what you need to improve on, this has to be done individually so I don't want to see any bands being formed." The professor explained, after this I zoned out and started writing my song. The professor walked out and everyone else slowly started to leave behind him, I decided to stay seated and concentrated on my work.
