Lapis's POV....

   I'm sick of this.

"I'm sweaty, cold, and missing the next episode of house wifes!!! And did I mention I was sweaty?!"

I haven't had a shower in forever, and I hate this... Can't peridot come and save me already??!!

My attention was immediately directed on to a noise on the other side of the steal door.

"I wonder what's happening over there?" I asked myself, but quickly dismissed it.

"they're probably fighting or something."

Peridot POV.....

My entire body ached. My vision blurred as I slowly got up.

"don't think your so tough Peri. "
Bismuth said as he ran at me with a knife...

ABOUT 10 Minutes BEFORE THIS...

"so let me get this straight... You lied about being an FBI agent for the last 17 years of my life, AND you tried to kill me."

Then something in my mind wandered, I suddenly strayed to the past... My past.  And I had to ask the question.

"did my parents really die in a murder? Or did you do to them what you did to lapis's mom?!"

Bismuth recoiled with surprise, then his eyebrows furrowed.

"I did what was best for you Peri, your parents were drunks, and if I hadn't gotten you out of that car, then right now, you would be they are... Dead!!"

Drunks?... So they died in a car accident by the looks of it.

I was about to ask more questions, but my mind was on more pressing matters.

"by the way, bismuth... Where is lapis?" I asked in a questioning tone.

Bismuth looked at me and laughed.

"haha haha, are you blind? Can't you see the HUGE metal door with locks on-!!"

FWAP!!!!!

Was the sound of me landing a right hook across his face.

As bismuth's body fell to the floor, dazed, I walked to the door.

Rule one of fighting, never let your enemy finish their sentence.

I was about to inspect the locks to the door, when suddenly a heavy hand grabbed me and flung me across the room.

My body ached. My vision blurred as I slowly got up.

Up ahead, bismuth was on his feet. In a fighting stance.

"don't think you're so tough Peri. "
Bismuth said as he ran at me with a knife.

His knife sliced air as I darted to the side.

"You know, all these years and you haven't learned sis... Don't forget who trained you!!!"

Bismuth yelled as he lounged at me again.

He's right, he did train me.

But I learned a few things here and there.

Just as the knife was about to reach my face, I grabbed bismuth's arm and pulled it across my shoulder. Then without stopping, judo throwed him over me.

"I learned that when you sent me to a Russian private school. Those kids knew their stuff. "

"RAARRGH!!!"

Bismuth yelled as he charged at me again.

I caught his fist and was about to put him in a choke hold, but then he reversed my grip and without releasing his grip on one hand, punched me in the stomach with the other.

I fell to the ground in a heap.

DANG he's strong... But I have an idea.

My eyes strayed to the knife that was laying on the ground.

I looked up at bismuth and we both knew what the other was thinking.

"AARGH!!!!"

He yelled as he lounged for the knife.

But just as he grabbed the knife, I grabbed his hand. And with one fluid motion, I sweeped my feet under him causing him to fall backwards.

"I'm sorry bismuth. " I said as I swung my foot upwards... And down onto his groin.

He yelled and instantly fell unconscious from shock.

I got up slowly, breathing hard.

"I learned THAT move 5 years ago on black Friday!"

I say as I turn towards the door.

But just as a precaution I quickly turned and prodded the body to make sure he was really knocked out.

I really need to exercise more.

I thought as I walked to the door.

"I'm coming lapis."

I said as I inspected the locks.

"right after I get these unlocked... "
