Chapter 14 (part 2)

Blaire POV

"I'M BACK!!" Maleficent cried, and made everyone in the room gasped in fear. Carlos stand in front of me for protection.

"Mom, go away." Mal cried. Carlos reached for my hand without looking, and I held it tight.

"Give me the wand, give me the wand!" Maleficent rushed to Mal and demand it to Mal. She take a glance to Fairy Godmother, then to me. I nodded to her, signing she should throw the wand to me, then I'll throw it to Fairy Godmother.

So she did. I catch it perfectly then immediately threw it to Fairy Godmother.
But before she can finish her bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, Maleficent froze everyone in the room except for Carlos and his friends. I thought I was affected too, but I can move normally.

"What the heck?" I muttered under my breath. I decied to pretend freeze so that she doesn't notice me.

Maleficent walked to Fairy Godmother, and she use the wand to 'pick her nose'. Ew.
Then she walked to Dad, with Mom next to him. "Oh, in another time, another time.." She said flirtily. Oh my gosh, she's almost as mad as Mad Hatter. Then she walked to Ben, with me and Carlos next to him.

"Love is weak, pathetic." She tilted Ben's crown.
"You're wrong!" I exclaimed. Maleficent glared at me.
"How can you not be.. frozen?" Maleficent asked. Now I suddenly regret asking that as fear washed over me.

"Don't you dare hurt her." Carlos cried and stepped in front of me.
"Oh? You dare challenge me?" She asked.
"Now I command wand to my hand!" I recite a spell. The wand slipped away from Maleficent and to me.

"You!!" She cried, and the same green mist wrapped her from when she entered the Hall. It grows bigger and bigger, and when it finally cleared, she has turned to a dragon.

"Run!" Carlos grabbed my hand and run, while I try to keep up with is pace.
"Hurry, guys!" Mal cried.

When we reached Mal and the others, everyone stand in front of me. I give Mal the wand.
"Leave my friends alone!" Mal exclaimed. Somehow it makes me so happy when she said that.
But, does that sentence includes me?
There's no time to think about that now, Blaire!

"It's just you and me Mother. Let's settle this." She added. Then both their eyes glow green.
"The strength of evil is as good as none, when stand together five hearts as one!" She cried.
Then Mal just keep repeating those words, until suddenly,
Maleficent turned to a teeny-weeny little lizard.
And everyone unfroze to normal.

Mal still looks a bit confused by her mother's transformation to a teeny lizard. Fairy Godmother rushed to her.
"No, your mother did it. She shrinked to the amount of love in her heart, so that's why it's so.. itty-bitty." She said. Mal finally understands. She then took a glance at Audrey. She walked to her, and curtsied to her. Audrey curtsied back. I smiled, seeing them getting along.

"Blaire." Someone called. But from the voice I could tell it's Ben. I quickly embrace him, and he return my embrace.
"And if you can, please unfreeze me first next time." He said.

Wait, no, no, no, no, no
"There will never be a next time." I said, and we both chuckled.
"You're not giving me a hug?" Carlos said suddenly behind me. I turned around.
"Oh please," I lightly slapped his cheek, and kissed him.
"Better?" I asked after I pulled away.
"Better." He repeated and kissed my forehead.
Then all of the VKs approached us, and we huddled.
"Let's get this party started!" Jay cried, and we all laughed.
"Ohay, ohay, hey!"

"Hm?" He hummed.
"You have spelled my life." I answered.
"But I don't do magic." He said confusedly. I chuckled.
"Magic or not, you still did." I said. Then I wrapped my hands around his neck and kiss him.
"My winner." I said, after I pulled away, then connected our foreheads.
"My queen." He said, and we both chuckled.
