BACK AT Auradon, the six teens had made it back safely, "We need to talk." Evie said grabbing ahold of Mal's arm.

"Yeah."

The two began walking away when Carlos stopped them.

"No."

"No?" Evie questioned.

"You guys are always going off into a huddle whispering your girl talk stuff and Jay and I are tired of it."

"I'm not." Jay said shrugging his shoulders.

Carlos looked over and shook his head. He was already upset and Jay was not helping.

"We're your family too. We've been through a lot, together. We're not stopping that now. Okay. Everyone sit."

Slowly but surely each one of them sat on the ground.

"I don't know how to start girl talk." Carlos confessed.

"What up?" Jay said.

"Um, well. I'm such a mess. You know six months ago I was stealing candy from babies and now everyone wants me to be this lady of the court and I have no idea how to keep up the act." Mal confessed.

"Then don't." Carlos told her.

"See this was dumb."

"Maybe it wasn't." Evie said.

"We're always going to be kids from the isle. I tried to forget it. I really tried, but those our are roots and we all did what we had to do to survive. It made us who we are and we're never going to be like anyone else here and that's okay." Evie explained.

"And we can't fake it."

"No."

"Especially without my spellbook."

"Mal, if Ben doesn't love the real you then he's not the one." Carlos told her.

"I like that."

"Give him a chance."

"I'm gonna make some changes to your dress and if you up for it, only if your really up for it. It'll be waiting for you."

All three of them got up from their spots before Mal called Carlos's name.

"I'm really sorry about Scarlett."

He sighed and looked Mal in the eyes.

"It's okay."

"No. It's not okay. You really liked her and we saw how you were when you left her the first time. She would've come." Mal said.

"Then why didn't she?"

"Carlos... Guy talk right here right now." Mal said a turned towards the others.

The rest of them sat back down on the ground.

"Is guy talk like girl talk?" Evie asked.

"Guys normally don't talk." Jay confessed, "I mean I don't. Some might."

"But now they are, Carlos I've never seen you've cry at all until the day we left Scarlett at the Isle. You really liked her, maybe you loved her. But one thing for sure is that she loved you." Mal said.

"We would always catch you two running for all over the Isle doing whatever you two did." Evie followed.

"The secret dates. We were all surprised about how you two had gotten so close in only a short amount of time." Jay said.

"She had her reason to stay at the Isle Carlos and you out of everyone should how that she would've come if she didn't have anything else to settle there." Mal explained.

"Do you really think so?" He asked.

"Do we really think so?" Mal mocked, "Of course we think so. We know that everyone from the Isle wants to leave. She definitely wants to leave her father."

Carlos looked down at Dude and back at the others. He stood on his feet with Dude still in his hands.

"I know and you're right, but it still hurts."
