"Hey Gray, and..." Ethan pauses looking at me.
"Amber.."
"Right, sorry I forgot.."
"It's okay." I smile at him shortly before he looks over to Grayson.
"So um, me and Aaron are going to the skatepark, you wanna come?"
Grayson looks at me and smiles then looks back at Ethan. "Nar, maybe later."
"Okay then, see ya later bro!" Ethan smirks at Grayson before waving us goodbye.
"Grayson?" I ask hesitantly.
"Yeah?"
"Why didn't you go with your brother? I mean, thanks for um staying here with me. If that's what you're doing but why didn't you go with him?"
"Well I went to the skatepark yesterday and I wasn't leaving you here." Grayson says shyly but calmly.
"What if I didn't want you here?" I smile slightly.
"Then I'll feel stupid and just go.." He sighs.
"Stop! I didn't mean it, I was just curious."
With that Grayson smiles and gets up anyway, "Come for a walk?"
"Sure, where we going?" I ask getting up slowly.
"Dunno yet, where do you wanna go." He laughs half serious.
"I don't know.. you could maybe show me around?"
"What do you mean, are you new here?" Grayson asks confused.
"Uh yeah.. I've been here for like a month.."
"Well how about I show you the skatepark then we can take Ethan around with us later? If you want?"
"Yeah sure."
We walk for about 20 minutes before we arrive at the skatepark. I see Ethan doing something cool on his board and Aaron getting up off the ground. Grayson leads me over to a seat and the two of us sit down while Ethan rides over to us.
"Whats he dragged you here or something?" Ethan laughs to me.
"No, I'm not that mean!" Grayson says in defense.
"Chill bro I was joking I'm sure she's a narly skateboarder!"
"Um actually I've never ridden before.." I laugh shyly.
"What?! You have to!" Grayson says shocked.
"Nuh ah I think I'm good.."
"Why? It's fun."
"I'll fall and hurt myself.."
"I'll catch you, wouldn't want someone as pretty as you falling.." Grayson says shyly before Ethan laughs.
"Maybe, just let the dude hold your hand before he makes a fool of himself!" Ethan laughs as their friend rides over.
I look over at Grayson, who is blushing and soon I start blushing slightly. I get the fright of my life when my phone unexpectedly rings. It's Tessa.
"Uh.. I'll be back.." I say and get up and walk away.
** ETHAN'S POV **
"Soo.." I laugh at Gray.
"So nothing!"
"Do you like her?"
"What?! I met her yesterday! Yesterday!" I can tell he is getting a little angry he looks like he likes her. I recon he does.
I don't blame him, she seems so nice and she is beautiful but she totally likes him.
