Chapter 13

Camila pov-

I was leaning on my car in the parking lot waiting for Lauren and the girls.

I'm really thankful for Lauren. Our moment was cut off shortly when the bell rang which was quite unfortunate for me.
I didn't want to let her out of my embrace but we didn't have a choice.

I smiled as I thought about Lauren.

Her beautiful emerald eyes always seemed to do something to me. I just wanted to stare at them forever, but she'll probably think I'm a creep for thinking that way.

Her body was absolutely perfect. Everything about her was perfect...But... She'll never feel the same way about me...

I sighed to myself and closed my eyes.

"Hey Cami!"

I opened my eyes to find Ariana in front of me with a excited expression on her face as she smiled brightly at me.

I was about to smile back when I remembered what she did earlier with that girl in the halls.

I frowned at her and rolled my eyes as I turned away from her.

Her smile disappeared and she was frowning at me now.

"Cami..?? What's wrong?"
She asked as her hand reached out to touch my face.

I flinched away from her and shrugged my shoulders.
A blank expression on my face.
She frowned once more and dropped her hands to her sides.

"Cami what's wrong? Did I do anything?"

I blinked my eyes at her and clenched my jaw.
"Why are you acting like this? Please talk to me.."
She plead as she looked into my eyes.

I sighed loudly and shook my head angrily.
"Can you go away? I'm waiting for Lauren and the girls." I said coldly.
Her face dropped and she looked at me, shocked and confused.

"I-I don't understand what I did to make you this angry at me." She stuttered out, her eyes gazing into mine as she wore a deep frown.

I huffed and rolled my eyes as I folded my arms at her.

I straightened my posture and glared at her, since I'm taller than her, I had to look down slightly at her.

"Why don't you go back to that girl you were making out with a while ago?" I said coldly as I glared at her.

Ariana's face immediately paled up and she gulped down nervously.
"Y-You saw w-what happened?" She stuttered.

I didn't answer her as I turned around to unlock my car.
I was about to get in my car when I felt a strong grip on my wrist.

"Wait! P-Please don't go!" She begged as she looked at me.
I could see tears forming up in her eyes and for a moment there I was going to forgive her.

I shook my head to get rid of the thought and yanked my wrist away from her grip.
Climbing into my car, I on the engine, ignoring her little pleads as I closed the door.

"Wait! Camila! Please!"

Ariana was banging on my car window now and tears were streaming down her cheeks.
I closed my eyes and exhaled harshly as I reversed the car and drove off quickly.

I looked quickly into the rearview mirror and caught a glance of Ariana crouched down with her face in her hands.

I blinked my tears away as I gripped hard onto the steering wheel.

What the fuck? Damn. We aren't even together and I feel like we just had a huge breakup.

I reached my house and pulled out my phone to send a quick text to the girl's.
Telling them that I left early because my mom called about a problem at home.
