Chapter 45

"What the fuck Dinah, no."

"But it looks cute."

"Yeah no thanks. That jacket looks like it came out of the American Horror Show."

Camila and Dinah were arguing, as usual.

Lauren walked into the room, smiling lovingly at her girlfriend.

It's been 7 weeks since the whole incident and things were seemingly getting back to place.

Camila still has difficulties walking sometimes because she gets nauseous and headaches frequently but otherwise she's doing perfectly fine. Lauren cannot form up any words on how grateful and relieved she is that Camila survived.

It was a big day, the day she woke up. And everyone came to visit her. When Camila got the big 'OK' to check out from the hospital, a big welcome home party was waiting for her at the Cabello's residence. Of course Camila didn't really do much since she went straight to bed after a few hours.

Lauren's aunt stays with them now and Lauren's glad it just so happens to be one of her favourite aunties of all time. She's now their official guardian and Lauren's just happy that someone would be there to take care of Chris and Taylor when she leaves for college.

They obviously had to explain everything to Dinah and the girls and as expected, they were shocked to the core.  Actually, Lauren thinks they were more shocked with the fact that Camila had agreed to go through with the whole drug thing.

They were currently upstairs in Camila's room for a small sleepover. Normani and Dinah just came out to them recently about their relationship. Was Camila and Lauren surprised? Hell no. But were they happy for the two? Of-fucking-course.

Ally and Troy were a different story though. Troy just turned out to be the biggest asshole and the two just never really talked again. At least that's what Lauren thinks. Ally's still a single pringle at the moment but Lauren's sure she'll find that perfect someone some day.

Normani walked in and sat beside Lauren. "They're the biggest dorks in this world girl, I swear. Why did we date them?" She says with her head tilted to the side.

At this Camila and Dinah's bickering stops and the two turns their heads towards their girlfriends.

"Excuse me but you love me." Dinah says with a playful glare. Normani just smiles and stands up to place a kiss on her lips.

Camila walks over and pulls Lauren to her lap. They were on the floor sitting on her carpet.

"You know? I've been having these dreams lately..." Camila whispers to her. Lauren shudders at the slight rasp in her tone. Hot.

"Really? What kind?" She says, turning around so she's straddling Camila's lap.

Camila smiles almost sheepishly, hands resting on Lauren's sides. "Well.. It has you in it..." She smiles shyly.

Lauren cocks an eyebrow up, smirking slightly. "Me? What am I doing in those dreams of yours?" She says with her signature smirk. Camila bites her lips, her cheeks turning red.

"Well uh.. You-"

"Ugh. Get a room horndogs." Dinah disturbs them. Camila flips her off and Lauren turns around to glare at her. "We're in a room you fucking twit."

Dinah throws her hands up in defense before plopping down on Camila's bed, sighing loudly. "Where the hell is Ally? We might just have to watch this movie without her." She grumbles out.

Lauren stands up from the ground, pulling Camila up to her feet so they could walk and lie down on the bed as well. It's a huge bed. Lauren can't help but fantasize about the many things she and her girlfriend could do when alone. Fuck Lauren. Focus.
