Camila sighs, looking up as she closes her eyes.
They're currently downstairs, in Laurens living room, watching movies and Camila noticed the distant look on her girlfriend's eyes as they sat down.

After cooking some breakfast for Lauren and eating it in bed with her, Lauren got changed into some more comfortable clothes after taking her shower and stuff before she went downstairs with Camila.

Camila is only confused because she's so suddenly quiet and it worries her.

"Um...Lo? You okay?" She asks, feeling Lauren shift around in her arms before laying her head into the crook of her neck, the cute action making Camila smile when Lauren rubs her cheek against her neck.
"Mm...uh. Yeah." She answers, her hot breath hitting the skin of Camila's neck and Camila gulps quietly, humming to herself.
"Are you sure? You can tell me anything you know? I'm here to listen."

Lauren just moves from her neck, looking up at her with her big green eyes and Camila raises her eyebrows questioningly when Lauren sighs out loudly.
"I know.... Its just that...."

"That....?" Camila says, raising her eyebrows.

Lauren just shakes her head, sighing before closing her eyes.
"Its just...I'm still somewhat afraid of that incident at school. Like...there is actually someone who wants to... to hurt me.... And that's scary. Y'know?"

Camila tightens her hold on Lauren protectively, nearly growling at the thought of anyone hurting her girlfriend but sighs out instead, knowing that getting angry wasn't going to help as she kissed Laurens head comfortingly. "I know..But..I don't want you to worry okay? I'm here. The girls are here and your siblings are here as well. We're all here for you and I'm going to make sure that nothing happens to you."

Lauren just frowned and shook her head. "But what if you're not there to protect me? What if you're busy or something and then...and then it happens and I'm just..I don't know.."

Camila turned her around, so that they were facing each other and leaned forward to kiss her, her heart fluttering at how Lauren instantly melts into her.
Pulling away as she rest her forehead against Laurens.

"No. I know you're strong Lo. You're the strongest person I know out there. You're so brave and...fuck you're amazing. Sacrificing everything and going out to do your job because you know how much the money will help. Even I can't do what you're doing. I don't have the guts to do that. Don't let this one note scare you, because we will work together on this. We'll find out who wrote the note, and take them to the police. I'll be here to protect you. And I know you yourself are capable of protecting yourself as well. I mean. You sure do have a lot of fight in you. And that's one of the things about you that captured my eyes. How determined you can be sometimes." She kissed the tip of Laurens nose, smiling at how she scrunches it up adorably.

"So I'll be here for you. And you'll be here for me. Okay?" She finishes, pulling back to see her face properly.

Lauren bites her lips, her heart is so...fuck she's so in love its crazy.

Nodding her head slightly, she wraps her arms around Camila, where she hugs her tightly, burying her face into the crook of the young Latina's neck, mumbling against her.
"Thank you Camz.. You're amazing."

Camila just shakes her head, wrapping her arms around Lauren's lower back where she rubs up and down comfortingly.
"Don't thank me Laur. You know I'd do anything for you."

Lauren just nods her head, sighing out contently as she feels her heart soaring in happiness. Because she's so fucking happy to have Camila in her life.
