Shannon POV:

"I'll meet you in the lobby Shan" Lewis called before leaving the hotel room. He said needs to make a call about something that is happening tonight and he doesn't want to ruin the surprise so he'd make the call when I was not present.

I was stood in the small bathroom looking at my reflection in the circular mirror that was hung on the tile wall.

Dressed in a short, steampunk dress, a thin layer of makeup and my long, black hair curled slightly - even wearing heels - I was actually quite pleased with how I looked for once. Lewis always says I'm beautiful but he has to say that - he's my boyfriend. Saying that, he doesn't believe me when I tell him he's handsome and a gentleman.

Stepping out of the elevator, clutching my handbag, I scanned the large lobby for Lewis. Spotting him was like doing a Where's Wally puzzle - it was difficult. Nevertheless, I spotted him. He was stood there with his phone pressed against his ear, mouth wide open like a fish staring into my direction.

Lewis POV:

Honestly, I'm so nervous. I want it too be perfect.

Is that too much to ask?

Maybe a little but it's the truth.

I love Shannon Lester with all my heart and I am not afraid to show it.

As she steps out of the old elevator I have to try my best not to drool. The steampunk dress compliments her beautiful curves and amazing hair flies as she turns her head side to side. The outfit shows lots of her soft skin but is not too revealing. She often comments on her weight saying she's fat - she is not fat. She is skinny. She is perfect. Even if she was fat - which she is no where near - I would still love her. Regardless of looks, weight and beauty, I would still love her. I fall in love with her all over again everyday. Shannon's eyeliner make her beautiful, crystal blue eyes stand out as well as them matching the stone she wears on a necklace.

Shannon POV:

Slipping his mobile into his pocket, we walked closer to each other and met in the middle of the room.

Lewis was smartly dressed in black skinnies, black blazer with the sleeves rolled up matching a white dress top with the top button undone and black converse. His thick brown hair was straightened more than normal with his fringe swept around his dreamy eyes. On top of that, he also wore a thin, black bracelet that was originally my brother's - I gave him it just before we ran away to Brighton. I told Lewis it was a token of my love and it would keep him safe.

I won't lie, he looked like a perfect little Mexican. (He's not even Mexican but he looks just like it!)

"W-wow Shannon" he stuttered starring at me, "you look stunning babe".

"You don't look too bad yourself" I winked and stuck my tongue out at him.

"I love you so much" his voice turned to a whisper but it was still loud enough to for me to hear over the large crowd of people.

"I love you more" i held back a happy tear.

"Impossible" he chuckled as he grabbed my hand, holding it tightly. "Come on, let's get going".

We stepped out of the busy hotel and into a posh, black limo that was waiting for us.

"Wow Lewis" I softly spoke as he poured me a glass of champagne.

"This is the start of a wonderful evening"

"But why all this?" I asked. I am extremely grateful but why? Why me? I don't deserve this. I don't deserve him.

"Can't a boy treat his girl?" He answered. He wrapped his strong arm around my waist pulling me closer to him. I pecked his rosy cheek with a loving kiss and thanked him.
