Whoopy! This chapter was one pain in the ass for me because the morale wasn't just there...but because of my undying love for you guys, I put in my very best... It's heartbreaking but I need to break it to you that and MFY will soon be coming to an end with few chapters left. So, enjoy while it last.

Julia's POV

I could feel Richard close his eyes and breath calmly as we sat comfortably and quietly at a padded corner of the cabin. Richard by the window side, his hand protectively wrapped around mine.

Julee and Jasmine are both settled at another cabin of the the plane with Martin and Dan opposite them. Dove and Leo on the other hand are both secured tightly into their seats at another corner getting special attention from one of the attendants on the plane based on Mum's strict orders.

Jonathan had gotten everything ready. Evan drove Julee and I to the airport, there we met Richard and the kids who were dropped off by Kingsley and then Dan, Martin and Jasmine joined us as the driver Jonathan had assigned to get them brought got them to the airport runway not long ago.

Apparently we all are now settled in the big plane with interior designed in highly exceptional, rich, dark blue and gray colours. Fresh flowers were neatly placed in the corners of the cabin, giving the air a more welcoming scent.

The darkness of the night is something that can be described as faraway from eyesight due to the amount of lightening surrounding the whole place therefore consuming the darkness.

Mum had bade Julee and I with too much of a weird kind mixed emotions just because we will be away for a few days, like she was expecting us to be at home for the whole break which is not going to happen this year anyway because I was determined to stay away. Two years, I've spent this time of the year locked up in my room thinking of everything that happened.

I can't believe we are on the last phase of today. We're all seated in the plane ready to fly out of a place where so much as happened in the last twenty four hours. I glanced at my watch, almost seven thirty and the outside is so dark.

I realized that this time yesterday, Richard and I are probably just settling down to begin our date night. I smiled at the thought of him confessing his love for me and now I can't stand the sight of him just looking out of the window, not saying a thing due to everything that is going on presently.

Might I add that when we met at the airport lounge, Jon kind of made him speak with his Dad on phone which certainly didn't go well because he simply said 'Don't worry about me and just clear up this mess. I've always been good without you', then hung up and gave Jon his phone without giving the man a chance.

I learnt his Dad called severally from Dove, but my boyfriend chose not to pick his calls. He is still lost and angry, I don't know what to do anymore.

I look at Richard and pressed my hand harder on his just to get his attention, he turned to look at me, his face calm and relaxed from when he made that call. But his eyes are so guarded by so much pain.

"I know it's difficult but please take it easy on yourself, please." I begged. The tension of everything descending on us. I can't miss the way Dove looks our way every now and then. "It's okay." He squeezed my hand but he is not smiling just yet. "You promised to have fun with us and the kids, you mustn't see Dove's face right now." I pressed.

He said nothing but smiled at me. He needed his time and I would let him. I went to the kids to tell them he's fine but Leo had fallen asleep and the attendant had to take him to one of the rooms. Once I have accomplished calming Dove and she is much at ease, I asked if she'd like for me to stay but she insist I go seat with Richard because she can handle herself.
