XXIV. 1 TO THE 4 TO THE 3

That evening, umalis na si Steph because may school pa tomorrow and maghahabol pa siya ng requirements which is pinoproblema ko dahil wala pa rin akong nauumpisahan and now I'm stuck here.

I was watching tv when suddenly the door opened and I saw Jinn.

SHIT

"Hi" he approached me tapos nilagay niya yung dala niyang Chinese food sa table

"Hi" I replied

"I just talked to your doctor on the hallway and she said na pwede kana daw lumabas bukas after ng UTI test"

"Really?"

"Yes. Over-fatigue ka lang daw and dehydrated" tapos umupo siya beside the bed.

"Buti naman. Akala ko I'm going to say longer"

"Did you contact your parents about what happened?" he asked

"Ay hindi pa and No, I will not contact them. Saka ko na lang sabihin, maybe after graduation"

"Okay" he smiled. He keeps on smiling bakit ganun "By the way, umuwi na si mom kanina"

"I've heard from Steph nga. So, anong balita?"

"Well, nagaway sila ni dad but something good happened"

"Uhm?"

"Naginvest si mom dun sa company ni dad"

"Naginvest?" tapos lumaki yung mata ko and napatawa siya "You mean?"

"Yes. The wedding is cancelled"

"Eh, si Denise?"

"We talked, kanina lang bago ako pumunta dito and she wanted to say sorry sa mga nasabi niya. She said na she was just jealous kasi lagi kitang binabanggit sa kanya and.."

"And?"

"Hindi rin daw niya feel yung fixed marriage. She wanted to impress his dad kaya siya pumayag. She said na ang tingin daw sa kanya ng family and relatives niya eh good for nothing princess kaya she tried to meet me para naman matuwa ang daddy niya sa kanya"

"Why do I feel sad all of a sudden?" I faked a smile

"It's okay. I believe magaral siya fashion school sa Paris after graduation. Well, nasabi lang niya mga plans niya"

"I see. I'll talk to her kapag nakita ko siya sa campus"

"Soooo... " he stood and umupo sa tabi ko

"What?" but we're both smiling

"About those little notes of yours.." he teased

"Ugh, can we talk about that some other time because you know the situation right now?" Pinakita ko yung sa dextrose

"Steph, If I ask you the same question again, what would your reply be?"

"About that, I just wanted you to know that I answered your question like that because I'm thinking about your future, without ME in it."

"I see, that explains"

"But it's different now" I smiled. "For current plans and for my future plans, I want you to know that you're included in it.. and about that little notes, there's something I need you tell you" I smiled. He looked at me.

I pulled him and kissed him "I love you too".
