XIV. ACCIDENT NO MORE

That night, Steph was so drunk kaya hinatid na muna namin siya ni Jinn sa clinic kung saan ako nakatulog kanina.

"Sabi na't trouble talaga tong si Steph"

"Look who's talking" He laughed

"Jinn, you're so drunk and it's funny"

"Why? Are you not drunk?"

"I'm drunk too but not that drunk drunk like all of you"

"Whatever" he said

"Knocked out si Steph oh. I think we need to go back sa pool and let her rest"

"I think so too"

Nauna si Jinn palabas and after ko masara yung door ng clinic. Jinn pushed me sa wall and held me close.

"What are you doing?"

"Nothing, I just want to shook you"

"What? To shook me?"

Then nagtawanan kami. What the actual F. All of a sudden, biglang sumeryoso si Jinn na namumula yung face.

"Nagmumuka kang kamatis kapag lasing. It looks so funny"

He poked my nose "I love you Pawee"

Napatigil ako. Feeling ko bigla akong nahulasan sa sinabi ni Jinn. I wanted to believe it so badly but I just laughed because we're drunk. "You're drunk Jinn. Stop kidding"

"I'm drunk but I'm not kidding. I love you so bad and I really hate Christine sa ginawa niya sayo kanina I almost punch her face" then he looked at me tapos nilapat na naman niya yung noo niya sa noo ko.

"Wait" Shit, is he about to vomit? "Jinn, don't tell me you're going to Vomit to my face, I will kill you!"

"No" he smiled and cupped my face with his hands and kissed me. Deeply this time. I pushed him away nung hindi na ako makahinga. "I'm sorry" he said.

We're both panting.

"This is crazy. You just kissed me again"

"What? I kissed you? Wow, pawee, you must be special"

"Are you kidding me?"

"No, sige nga. Let's try again. Accident no more." he grinned

He kissed me again and again. He's making sure that he's kissing me and I lost count. I lost count.

7AM and someone's poking my face. Pagmulat ko, I see Steph grinning.

"Why are you grinning like.." I looked around and I can see na nasa loob kami ng clinic and I'm lying dun sa kabilang bed beside, I looked up and I see Jinn looking down at me

"Shoooot!" we both exclaimed and pareho kaming tumayo from the bed.

"So, tell me, what happened?" Steph asked while being cute. "I like seeing something cute upon waking up. I was so drunk kaya hindi ko na nakita. What exactly happened? Did you guys have, you know"

"NO!" we both exclaimed. Again.

"Okay, relax. I was just asking"

"No, the answer is no steph, so stop"

"Okay. Pero, have you seen Gab? I looked around and hindi ko sila makita ni Christine?

"Baka nasa bahay na" Jinn said while covering his body with blanket.

"Makacover ka ng blanket parang may nawala sayo ah?" Steph teased

"Stop it steph, it's not what you think it is!"

"I wanted to give thanks to alcohol sometimes"Steph

"Stoopp steph! Let's go home" Habang naglalakad papalabas ng clinic, inisip ko kung ano bang nangyari kagabi and...

Shit. So, Jinn was kissing me nonstop. He even opened the door and we lay sa bed until he kissed my forehead and nakatulog na lang. Okay, hanggang dun lang right? Walang nangyaring kakaiba right?

"Sooooo, magkwekwento kaba saken ha? Pawee?" Steph whispered.

"Wala akong ikwekwento"

Paglabas namin ng pool, andun pa yung golf cart

"Oh, naglakad lang sina Gab pabalik ng bahay?"

"Siguuuro?" Steph

"Malalaman natin pagdating. Let's go, I'll drive" Jinn

"You'll drive wearing blanket huh?" Steph teased and hindi na lang pinansin ni Jinn.

Pagdating namin sa bahay ni Gab, Christine was there sa dinning hall and inaayos na yung gamit niya.

"What took you so long? Magayos na kayo ng gamit. We're going home"

"Where's Gab?" Jinn asked.

"I don't know. Don't ask me" tapos kinuha na niya gamit niya then lumabas na ng bahay.

"Go shower and prepare na rin kayo. I bet tulog pa si Gab. I'll drive na lang later kapag hindi niya kaya"

Habang nasa kwarto kami ni Steph, hindi siya mapakali.

"What's happening?" I asked.

"I don't know, I suddenly feel uneasy pero hindi ko alam kung bakit"

"Maybe you're just tired. Let's go home and rest agad. Dami mo kasi nainom eh"

"Nagsalita ang hindi uminom tapos.." she teased

"Steph?" I looked at her tapos nagpeace sign lang siya.

Before lunch nasa labas na kami lahat and there was Gab wearing shades. Lumapit si Steph

"Are you okay? Hindi na kita nakita the whole night"

"I'm okay" he smiled "you're so drunk kaya pinahatid kita sa clinic kina Steph. How are you?"

"I'm fine naman. Eh ikaw?"

"I'm good" then Gab kissed Steph's forehead.

Okaaaay. I suddenly remember something. "Erase erase"

"Are you okay?" I looked and it's Jinn

"yeah" tumingin ako sa car and I can see si Christine looking at us then biglang sinara yung bintana. LVL9999 na naman ang mood niya. I'm getting used to her though~

"I'll drive. Hindi pa kaya ni Gab"

"Eh ikaw? Are you sure you're okay?" I asked

Normal. Normal na parang walang nangyari.
