       ******4 months later******

Erin had finished up working the front desk last week, as she was now six and a half months pregnant. Voight wouldn't allow her to work any more and she didn't really want to either. It was getting harder to walk around with the extra weight. She had been to 5 doctors appointments and had gotten ultrasounds to make sure the baby was okay. Jay had made sure he was at all the appointments to support Erin and they had both agreed to wait, to find out the gender of the baby. They were just happy to know they had a healthy baby on the way.

Erin had drove to the store to get some ingredients for dinner. She was walking down the meat aisle when she bumped into a woman by accident. "Oh my gosh, I'm really sorry about that," Erin apologised. The woman turned around to face her and Erin's face dropped. It was none other than Bunny. "Erin dear, what a surprise to see you," chirped Bunny. "Don't call me dear, that's not how it works. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to continue with my shopping." She turned away but Bunny stood in front of her, "Now hold on a second, did I see that correct or..." her eyes found Erin's bulging stomach. "Oh my goodness, your pregnant," she exclaimed, "Is it a boy or a girl? Who's the father, do you even know?" Erin tugged down her top self-consciously and frowned at her, "I'm waiting to find out the gender and I'm not like you at all, of course I know who the father is. Now if you don't mind I'll be going," she stepped around Bunny and went to pay, fuming. How dare she ask if she knew who the father was.

Erin arrived back at her apartment and fell back onto the sofa. All her memories of Bunny flooded her mind. She curled up in a ball and started to cry, that was a part of her life she tried so hard to bury. Since she was crying, she didn't hear someone walk across the room, until she felt the couch move as they sat beside her and was pulled into them. She breathed in the scent of Jay and cuddled into his side. He sat stroking her hair and comforting her.

After a while, Erin sat up and wiped her eyes, "Do you want to know what happened?" "Only if you want to tell me," he replied his eyes were full of concern. "I bumped (literally) into Bunny at the store, and she just said these things that were like comparing me to her. It made me think, what happens if I turn out to be a mother like her, I don't want that to happen Jay," she whispered. "Erin you're going to be a great mom, you're nothing like her and don't forget it," Jay said, "but also just remember if you ever feel like this again, just know, I'll be with you every step of the way because I love you so much." Erin smiled, "Thanks, I love you too."
