Pure fury wrapped around me as I hear the word fall out of her. She didn't have to right to call me a monster. I was the angel and she was the demon.

My fingers entangled themselves in her brown wavy hair before gripping onto the strands and viciously smashing face into the marble floor. She didn't scream. She didn't move. I yanked her up to see her face. There were tears in her eyes and I wondered if I have broken her nose. I was mesmerized by the odd blood color. I stared at the black blood streaming down her face. Blood fell over her closed eyes making those clear tears bloodstained. I looked down to see the blood drip off of her and to the now cracked marble floor. I felt guilt stir in me when released her to slam into the ground again. I clicked my tongue in disgust and forced the emotion back but it was stronger than me and quickly began to overwhelm me.

Is this what she would have become? A force so good and bright, that it could easily rival one of god's elites? It left me queasy and disgusted. I tried to refocus by looking down at Lavana's oddly motionless body. Had I killed her by accident? My eyes moved to look at the splattered black blood. Was my blood still red?

Every thought vanished from my brain as a dark force began to appear around Lavana. I took startled steps backward as the aura began to spread around. It reached out to touch me and I screamed in the burning sensation it gave me. I tripped over my feet as I flung myself away from it all.

As the dark shadows began to pick her up, I realized something. The barrier keeping us here hadn't fallen. Which meant only one thing, she had yet to receive the entirety of her powers... I began shaking in fear as it continued to wrap around me. Regret began to mix in as Lavana was held in the air. The black became red as it swirled to envelop her from my peering eyes.

I could count my heart beats before red suddenly flashed through the room to reveal Lavana with eyes still closed shut. I couldn't help but stare at what she was.

A demon...

With black leathery wings that spread out behind her back, a dark tail with an odd heart shaped end, and with horns that curled around the side of her head... They looked like goat horns. I could feel a plea get caught in my throat as stared at her. I could feel the power gliding out of her to fill the room. It was so strong I could feel the entire room start shaking. Is this what I would have become? Something so powerful, that it could rival one of Satan's most powerful demons?

My hand gripped onto my halo so hard my hand began to bleed. I could feel my head pounding as my wings began to wrap around me. I looked down at my hands to see my blood pool around the polished gold.

I realized I had silver blood.

I could feel my wings suddenly act without my consent. They raised me into the air as a light white glow surrounded me. I tore my eyes away from my blood to face Lavana. The blood was dry on her face and any wound I had given her had somehow healed. I flinched as her eyes snapped open to reveal the unnaturally bright sea green color that had taken over her once normal green eyes.

Before I knew it we were both extending our arms out forward as we stared each other down. I wanted to run but it seemed my powers had a different idea in mind instead, as we both threw our arms to the side cutting apart the visible powers around us. Vicious winds swirled around us as we kept eye contact.

I lifted my halo above my head as I saw a whip form in her hand. I could see her mind racing as she calculated my movements with a killing intent so strong it shook me to the core.

I wasn't sure if I could die again, much less willing to, but I sure as hell wasn't willing to find out just yet.
