I wanted to scream and cry and hide. I was running out of marble to land on. She was destroying everything to try and get to me. A blur of fiery blues and reds lashed out towards me. I could hear the angels scream as they tried to escape. Why weren't they helping me? I kept pushing myself as a demon began to bark orders at everyone. It didn't take long for the demons to take action to stop the rampage.

I stumbled and crashed into one of the remaining seats. Everyone around me scrambled to get away leaving me alone. The flames seemed to turn into a monster as her whip surged towards me. I shut my eyes tight as I curled up into a ball in hopes of somehow protecting myself.

I waited for the fire to encase me but it never did.

I cracked my eyes open to see a white shield protecting me. I stared at my power in awe but only for a few seconds. Cracks quickly began to show and spread across the shield. I pulled my wings open and threw myself into safety as fast as I could, already knowing that the shield would not last any longer under Lavana's raging power.

I flew high enough to see the demons finally taking action. Angels simply held onto one another as they helped each other escape Lavana's fury. I didn't know what to do as the demons used their powers to try and encase her. It seemed to smother out her flames but not her anger.

A part of me wanted to reach out and go to her, to find a way to keep her at my side. I didn't know if it was the angel in me that wanted to protect her or if it was me. I wasn't able to tell the difference as shock and worry threw me off balance.

I stopped my hand from reaching out to her. I bit my tongue at the thought of it all. I had to get these emotions under control before I ended doing something stupid.

I had to get the hell out of here and fast.

But with my strength failing me, I found it harder and harder to keep myself in the air. Where would I even go?

My thoughts were cut off as arms wrapped around my waist. Fear snapped in me when I realized I didn't know who it was.

"Diana!" I calmed at Darren's screaming voice, "We have to go! Now!"
