Locked Away

The airport is filled with mixed noises of people chatting and announcements being sounded through the speakers.

I haven't been here since I came back from Japan a while back. It's been so long since I've seen Yuta and Jaehyun.

I can't believe how quick these several months have passed. Surprisingly, the flight wasn't delayed so they should be arriving on time.

I sit in bay seven as I wait. I came by myself. Hongbin offered to come but I told him to stay home.

He has his bite date night with Sanghyuk tonight. He will probably be spending his time today deciding on what to wear.

If he came to the airport with me today I would be hearing about all of his concerns about tonight.

Don't get me wrong, I love Hongbin, just not Sanghyuk.

I have my earphones in and the volume on low. I had to bring something to keep me entertained.

I am excited to see Yuta and Jaehyun again. Its been a really long time and I miss them.

"Flight 2436 from Japan has arrived. Please keep the doorway clear as the passengers disboard" an announcement is suddenly made.

I turn of the music and stand from my seat to watch the doors being opened by flight staff. The passengers soon begin to disembark the plane. It takes a while before i see two familiar faces.

Yuta's eyes light up when he sees me and his frown is replaced by a huge grin. Jaehyun pulls down his face mask and walks over to me along with Yuta.

I wrap my arms around the two of them and we just stand like that for a few moments.

"You look well" I state and they both chuckle.

"I love Japan but I am so glad to be home" says Jaehyun. I can understand him. I was happy when I got off that plane and was back home. Even though I came back for upsetting reasons, it was still great to be home.

"Let us go and get your luggage" I sigh and we head to the bag collection area.

The car is already waiting for us when we get out of the airport. I assist Yuta and Jaehyun to put there bags in the boot and we get into the car.

"I can't wait to finally practice the dance with the other members in our own studio" Yuta says with a grin.

The other members flew up to Japan a few months ago so they could practice their songs with all of their members.

"I can't wait to see what you all look like when your performing as a group in person. You two were amazing by yourselves so as long as the other members are just as good then everyone will be highly pleased I believe" I tell them both and they thank me.

"Debut here we come!" Yuta exclaims and we all let out a few cheers.

Hongbin left for his date just over 20 minutes ago. I am still home, seated on the couch having nothing else to do.

Yuta and Jaehyun are going out to dinner with the members. Wonshik is probably drinking himself away somewhere. Taekwoon is...What is he doing?

I pull out my phone and open his contact. I open our chat and send him a  message.

What are you up to?

He replies almost instantly.

I'm watching a drama~ you?

Hakyeon
Nothing. I'm trying to entertain myself
