I have not allowed Hongbin out of my sight since the incident from the other day.

I cannot trust that he isn't going to just find some other tool to harm himself.

Even when he goes to the bathroom, I lean against the door to make sure I can't hear him using anything else.

The only time I let myself sleep is when he is asleep. I keep my alarm set to 5 am. I have to make sure that I always wake up before he does.

He is slowly getting angered by this. Stating he feels like a teenage boy who has been grounded.

I don't blame him. I just hope he understands that I'm doing this for him. For his safety.

It's nearing midnight and I am still awake even though Hongbin fell asleep two hours ago.

I am laying on my bed whilst staring at the ceiling in the dark.

That is when I hear the lock on the front door being fumbled. My stomach sinks. Someone is trying to break in.

And they've succeeded.

The door opens and is closed softly. I lean under my bed and pull out a metal baseball bat.

I softly make my way from my room to the front door. I am shocked when I see there is no one there.

I turn on all the lights and feel instantly relieved when I find no one.

No one.

Hongbin has left.

I curse under my breath and hurry to place on a coat and slip into a pair of shoes before running out of the house.

I run out just in time to see Hongbin getting into a taxi. "Yah!" I yell out and chase after the vehicle but it continues to drive away.

Not knowing what else to do, I pull my phone from my pocket and dial Taekwoon's number. He picks up on the last ring.

"Is everything okay?" he sounds tired. As though he just woke up.

"Did I wake you?" I ask him, knowing it's a stupid question.

"No. I was still awake. Watching a drama actually."

I hear him fumbling with the TV remote as he turns his drama on. He's lying.

"Hongbin just snuck out of home and got into a taxi. I don't know where he went and I'm already worried sick. What if he's going to harm himself again Taekwoon? What do I do?"

I begin to ramble. This happens when I become nervous and worried sometimes. I just ramble on and on about the most useless things.

"Calm down. I'll get dressed and we will go and find him. Do you have any idea where he may have gone?" Taekwoon tries to calm me.

"I'm really not sure. Wonshik's place maybe? To see Jaehwan?"

"At this hour? I'll check. I'll call you back, just get yourself dressed warmly and I'll be there soon."

"Okay" I mutter and hang up the phone. I turn on my heel and head back into the house.

I go inside and that's when it hits me. Call Hongbin you idiot.

I dial his number and my heart stops when I hear his phone ringing from his room.

Of course he left it behind. He would have been stupid to take it with him.

"Fuck" I shout and throw the bat across the room. It hits the wall where it falls onto the floor and rolls a few centimetres before coming to a stop.
