If someone told me that this was going to happen within the next 12 hours I wouldn't have believed them.

I can only watch on in pure horror as he struggles to breathe. Blood pools around his head and I cry continuously.

How did things go wrong so quick?

12 Hours Earlier

Yuta greets me cheerfully as I enter the dance studio. All of the members are in there and they all greet me singly.

I take my usual seat on the ladder bench and watch as they practice their dance over and over.

Each time it is flawless. The group has definitely progressed a lot in the past few weeks.

I can't wait for their debut next week. I have already promised Jaehyun and Yuta that I will be buying their album as soon as it is released.

Being the people they are, they thanked me continuously.

The rehearsal finishes and Yuta and Jaehyun take me to a restaurant for lunch.

"I've finished your schedule for good. You don't need to come into the office anymore nor do I need to chase you up" I inform him and he frowns.

"But I enjoy your company. Jaehyun enjoys your company" he pouts and takes a drink from his water.

"You have my number we can still organise to meet up all though I suspect that you guys are going to be extremely busy once you debut" I tell them and they nod slowly.

"It's been a fun process" Jaehyun grins and so do I. Yuta ends up smiling as well.

"Just think of it like this, the beginning to our friendship is over. This is just the next step for us" I mentally cringe at those words.

Jaehyun scrunches his face up as he cringes and Yuta does the same. I laugh at them.

The meal is over way sooner than I would have liked but what can you do?

I go to the office to see my desk has been cleared. I rush to Hong Jae's office and don't bother knocking before opening the door.

"Where are all my things?" I demand an explanation from him.

He looks at me and frowns as though disappointed at the sight of me.

"It's up on floor six or something like that. You've been promoted. Whoop. Now get out of my hair and attend to your new client" he sighs.

"Promoted?" I look at him in shock and he nods. "Your desk is next to Hongbin's once more be happy."

I walk out of his office in a daze and head to the elevator. I get in and head up to my new office.

All of my things have been set up just as they had been at my old desk.

I wonder if Hong Jae managed to get Hongbin to do it for me.

Hongbin sits at his desk texting someone. Judging by the smile on his face he's messaging Sanghyuk.

"Hey" I greet him and he drops his phone in shock. "You scared me" he pushes his chair back so he can reach the fallen device.

"Did you move my stuff?" I ask him and he scowls.
"Yes so you owe me now. I got it, you can buy a mansion for us to live in."

"Yeah right" I scoff and take a seat at the new chair. I spin in it a few times to make sure it's a good fit before turning on the computer.

"I hear I have a new client?" I say loud and Hongbin hums in response.

"He is coming by tomorrow. All of his information should be in an email which I sent a few minutes ago. Your welcome."
