Hakyeon's POV

I wake up on the bed once more. Taekwoon holds me tightly in his arms. I can feel his breath on the top of my head.

"You're awake" he exclaims and I look to see his eyes filled with worry.

"What happened?" I ask him and he kisses me in response. After a few moments he pulls away and answers the question with words.

"I don't know. I woke up at about 3 to use the bathroom and you weren't in bed. I went into the bathroom and saw that you were unconscious in the floor. I freaked out and went to call an ambulance but you were breathing fine so I just took you back to bed. How are you feeling? Sick? Dizzy?"

"I feel fine. I'm really concerned about Yuta though" I then proceed to explain all of my concerns for the boy.

"Don't worry so much that it puts your health in danger. Lee Hakyeon you idiot" he whispers against the top of my head.

Hongbin sits at his usual desk across from me as we both do our paperwork. Both of us haven't been to work in a while so we have a lot of catching up to do.

Hyuk isn't signed under this company anymore. I don't think he is coming back here even though him and Hongbin are supposedly back together.

I just hope that Hyuk won't break Hongbin's heart again. Because if he does, I may not be as nice about it.

"Hakyeon, can you come and see me in my office for a moment" Hong Jae calls out from the door to his office.

I look at Hongbin and he raises a brow at me as if to ask what I've done wrong.

I shrug and put down my pen before heading to the office. I walk in and close the door behind me before taking a seat.

"What is it?" I ask him and he clasps his hands together on the table.

"How are you feeling?" he questions me and I am slightly surprised by the question.

"I'm feeling a lot better. Thank you."

"If you could not already tell, that isn't the reason as to why you are here."

"May I ask what is the reason?" I look up at him and he sighs heavily.
"You have been assigned to Yuta yes?"

I nod slowly. Not so sure if I want to know the answer anymore.

"You recently got assigned to another Japanese client, Takuya yes?"

I nod once again and Hong Jae makes eye contact with me.

"We believe you have worked well at this company. We are dismissing you."

"Y-You're firing me?" I stutter in shock and he shakes his head.

"No. You can call it a promotion I guess. We are sending you to work for SM. Yuta needs a manager and so does Jaehyun. Will you take the job or do you want to stay here?"

They want me to be Yuta and Jaehyun's manager? Why me out of all people? All I do is organise schedules.

"Yes of course. I will go. Thank you so much" I thank him and extends his hand.

I shake it enthusiastically and he smiles tightly at me. I rush out into the office.

"Congratulations!" Hongbin exclaims as soon as I walk out. He must have been eavesdropping.
